★☆☆☆☆ Golden Leaf Chinese Restaurant, a couple of months prior I gave you an extraordinary review, but today 1/3/24 it seems that a lot has changed in a short period of time. Your General Tso's Chicken is nothing similar to what it use to be, I have really purchased better frozen General Tso's Chicken at the supermarket. The egg roll was unedible filled with only shredded cabbage and was greasy (saturated greasy); perhaps they should rename it the "Oily Cabbage Roll." The vegetable tempura was terrible, a heap of string beans, one enormous onion ring, two bits of broccoli and a modest bunch of canned mushrooms. It's sad, and you should take it off the menu until you get back to using authentic ingredients. Or on the other hand is this the way it will be? The wonton soup, which was as good as ever and served as the dinner's only saving grace, was excellent, but that's not enough to warrant a repeat performance.

Okay, so on 8/26/24 I went back to the Golden Leaf Chinese Restaurant, and I must admit that everything appears to have returned to normal. Everything that my Pretty Lady and I ordered was absolutely delicious. So as far as my last visit and review, I am going to chalk it up...

I googled this place and when I came in it was dead. I have my emotional support animal with me she is 9 lb and she's a mini miniature schnauzer. 4 years old well-behaved go to doctors at Walmart's everywhere. The lady at the front desk asked me if I was picking up or down and I told her I would like to dine in. And when I did, I had to asked the people there were four people just standing around not doing nothing and it's the place that has no one in there whatsoever I'm the only customer. So I asked if I'm going to get any service and then they asked someone to come and serve me and the first thing he asked me was was my dog a support animal and he needed to see her identification so I asked him he asked everyone in the room with five people in the room I asked him is that the reason why I wasn't getting services because I have an emotional support animal. After I showed them the car they said it was okay for me to eat in their establishment. I told him I didn't really like that I would hate to disrupt their business when they had no business. I believe that they were acting prejudice towards me and my emotional...

I am Impressed! I said it twice I will say it again! I am so Impressed with the quality and cost of this Chinese food! Not only was the restaurant beautiful and the food spectacular, the service was friendly and timely. I feel like calling this establishment fast food is not doing it justice in the least. Don't get me wrong it WAS FAST, but compared to ALL the other "Chinese take-out" I have had.... This one takes the cake (or should I say the fortune cookie)!!! The prices are competitive with other local Chinese food restaurant but the quality surpasses them ten-fold. We ordered the General Tso's Chicken and Beef & Broc, both were made fresh to order with all fresh ingredients. the lunch special has several options for sides and was plenty of food for $6. The fried veggies that came with the Shrimp Tempura were a must-have! I would go back just for these! Don't question it! You will...
