I love this store My Mother and I go all the time!

That’s why I was shocked today with lack of kindness and customer service today by Estella…..

Last week my Mum bought a hat ($14) and 4 pairs of cheaters (all $8 each). She paid cash. When we got home, she had a pair of earrings in her bag that were $36. She did not bring these to checkout, somehow they ended up with her purchases and she paid for them. I called the store immediately, they were so nice, they said no problem, just bring receipt and all items back, they’d refund her $36.

Today when we went back Estella gave a very hard time….ALL SALES FINAL! she insisted. I explained nicely and she kept it up, gave me a lecture on being more careful next time, was very rude and she was visibly angry with me. I was horrified.

How do I give this store negative star rating? It's has cute souvenirs but we had a horrible experience! My mother wanted to buy a cute purse that had a $14 price Tag on it. When she went to pay the staff said it was $20! The staff said that someone mislabeled it and that she had to pay $21 with tax. My mom was confused and caught off guard but paid and was upset about the "bait and switch". As my mom was leaving she was so upset that she went back and asked for a refund...."sorry no refunds!". The staff were so rude and snarky. They kept trying to show us other purses that were $20 to prove to us that the purse we wanted was not $14 when it had a price tag the was $14! We were so upset and disappointed with how rude the staff were when it was an employees mistake for mislabeled...

I’m a seasonal shopper and always loved stopping at the best of everything. During my last visit in January, I purchased a simple 12” necklace $22.00. Left Naples the next day... arrived home and decided to wear my necklace, first time wearing and the clasp broke off. I saved the original package (plastic bag). They clearly know their Jewelry! Last week, I stopped into the 5th Ave store, with my return all of a sudden, they don’t understand English and said without receipt no exchange... so the long and short if you save receipt no returns after 3 mts or if it breaks and you don’t save receipt your out of luck!!! I told them to fix it and resell or toss in the trash ... A real tourist trap,...
