I'm appalled by the awful service my wife and I just received. We were polite and not picky, we didn't deserve that at all. No greeting at all, no hello or welcome. He was just bothered that we were there.
Asked for double meat on my sandwich, he rolled his eyes. Wife asked for corned beef, he rolled his eyes and half-heartedly looked in the refrigerator. Then said "no corned beef" when I clearly saw a tub of corned beef on the shelf. I asked him what was that in that tub and he lied and said bacon. Read moreIt doesn't matter what time of day I or my co-workers enter this establishment, the employees are RUDE. They are not pleasant, do not respond to questions asked, and barely nod their heads and only when necessary to do so. The young lady there today (06/27/23), did not open her mouth with words. I had to ask several times if she could hear me, to which I only got a blank stare back. There was another time my co-worker placed an online order, picked it up at given time ready, only to be told they canceled the order because, "someone called out". No warning, no email, nada! There was only one employee, we were the only customers and he didn’t even greet us. When we politely said excuse me he responded ‘yep’ without even looking at us. He responded our questions in such a condescending way that we decided to leave. Awful. We have subway franchises and we honestly feel sorry for the owner, this type of employees will end...
