I would say this is one of the worst massages that I have had ever. Although the person meant well, the massage was extremely uncomfortable and I donât believe the person was understanding due to a language barrier. I will give her credit because she did try her best to understand and do a good job. Initially, I was not going to leave a review until the end of my massage I was pressured into leaving a tip, which I was going to leave anyway, but when you get service here you pay before hand with a card and they take your receipt so given that they had my receipt from when I first came in I wasnât able to leave a tip until I asked could I have the receipt back and they were not understanding that and they were like are you not leaving a tip. The employees all standing in the front stating no tip no tip. They all kept saying And I was explaining to him that I need the receipt to leave a tip so they know she can get a tip, even though it wasnât the best massage. That small situation really made me make a decision on not to come back!
Additional Added Update since you responded (2 to 1) : The hot stones were not free and it was quoted to me over the phone and in person that it came with the massage package I picked. If you have someone giving misinformation that falls on you all. So I asked about what was quoted to me given that you make people pay before receiving the service. And no that is not how you remind nor ask a customer for a tip and it was not just her it was you as well miss maâam. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. When there I asked all 3 of you numerous of times did you understand what I I was stating and you all said you didnât and stated that was okay. If there was a language barrier how could you make false statement when you all didnât understand. For you to say that I said I donât give a tip without a receipt is inaccurate and incorrect. Please keep your screenshot and I will keep mine. As the therapist couldâve gotten a better one if it was not for that. It was not reminder yall literally pressured me. So please keep it. I hope you all improve, have a...
Read moreI would like to say Thank You ti my Technician. Kiki she was wonderful. I am a senior adult, that has arthritis in my lower back and hips. I have had my neck fused in 5 of my vertebrae and I have stenosis all up and down my lower back. Kiki took the time to feel my spine and ask about the pressure points so not the hurt me in any way. Now the day before, I had spent the day on top of my RV pressure washing the roof. That makes me a hard headed senior that should not be doing anything up in the air like that. My back was stiff and my hips felt like they were fused. Kiki worked my back over kneading out the tight triggers. Then walked my hips rolling them and doing something with her toes that really got my hips to relax. Then came the hot stones, rubbing my back with them and the warm oil. It was wonderful. A full 90 minute massage and I came out feeling so much better and feeling like I can wash and wax the rest of the RV. But I better go home have a gummie and rest the rest of the day. After all Every Day Is A Saturday, for me. Ask for Kiki and tip her well. She is...
Read moreThis was easily the strangest massage I have ever received. We went in for a couple's massage, and in the room, neither table had a top sheet to lay under. So, we took a couple of towels from a little cubby so as not to feel so exposed. We laid there for about 30 minutes before the therapists came in (separately, about 5 minutes apart). They realized we didn't have top sheets and went to get them and switched them out for the towels themselves which was a bit odd. They then proceeded to climb onto the tables with us with their knees on each side of our heads to massage our backs, which caused them to essentially hump the backs of our heads for several minutes. The masseuse my boyfriend had ended up leaving the room several times to answer the phone and the front door, but she did stay longer to make up for it. The wall clock also ticked very loudly. It was just not a very relaxing experience, but they did apologize for all of the interruptions and gave us $10 off a future massage. The ladies...
