First of all we were shocked at the fact that the Krispy Kreme light was on because this location hasn't been on point in a long time. Second when we get to the speaker the guy immediately said if we was going to be ordering glazed donuts it might not be that good because they're not going or rolling he sounded unsure of everything, and then he said no it's okay they are good so we proceeded with our order and when we ordered some of the glazed he once again said that I'm not sure I want to order those so I said well what's the problem with them I mean what what's your opinion of them because after the fact that this location has been having some problems and the light is on and then the guy is unsure of the donuts so that's why I asked him what was going on with the donuts because he sounded unsure once again so we just ended up driving off. So if this review is hard to understand that's what I was experiencing from the man on the speaker. Y'all need to do something about this location, obviously y'all have already lost a lot of trust from the community becuz our 1st reaction to the light being on was what's wrong the light is on and nobody is in line , I said go I want a silk pie and some glazed my partner said are u sure I said yes, well I already explained that incident but as for more problems and if this don't sound familiar to the owner and it gets corrected he isn't going to have a running store, people would sit behind the shop getting in and out of cars it doesn't take much to know wuts going on, we use to have to call and see why the light hasn't been on and they wud tell me and my partner that they had hot donuts but they just didnt turn the light on to keep from being busy, then they started just keeping the place closed, and one time I seen workers in there and other people trying to go inside so we went up to the door as well the young man that cMe and unlocked the door was stressed looking and served us anyways and they were cold but we didnt care. Another man rang us up and a baby roach crawled by the donut window and this has been happening for a year that I have noticed. Whatever y'all is doing in there it's noticeable so I would...
Read moreHands down the worst experience ever, while visiting family and friends on a weekend trip I decided to bring the family back home in Ohio some OG Krispy Kreme's I go to order and the very short and small young lady cut me off "how many doughnuts are you ordering!!" To which I respond "uhh 28? 29? I want a dozen glazed and a dozen assorted in addit-" she cuts me off but in quieter voice "that's 24" then asks what I wanted in the assorted and I said "assorted? A variety?" She then tells me to come to the window and again asks me what donuts I want.. there is no menu at the window?? So I said "I don't know, there here's no menu here, I want a dozen assorted, a dozen glazed and 2 original Kreme filled And chocolate filled" she said "those are in the assortment" I said ok but as I said I wanted them in addition to the two dozen, that's why I said 28.. she looked at me sorta oddly then said "is that all" sharply, I said "oh, also a large box of doughnut holes".
Assortment? 4 of the same doughnuts x 3 is NOT an assortment, also there was NO original Kreme filled only the 4 additional I requested, the holes are a giant clump of donut.
I don't matter to this company, this is apparent, I doubt you do either if you are even reading it, why you ask do I say this? because I'm not a regular customer and apparently the people that work there think they are smarter than the customers and dismiss what they say and act like you are dumb when you have to repeat your order 3 times because THEY didn't listen, they only heard what they wanted to hear. heh, like children.
I won't be back, ever. I should have checked it, totally my fault for assuming a simple donut order could be fulfilled. I just didn't take into account the cashiers lack of ability to take a order or listen to a customer. A mistake that was discovered 500 miles later, a mistake i won't ever repeat simply by eliminating one thing from the...

VERY VERY disappointed in this location. I love krispy kreme and rave about it over dunkins all the time. I dont get it often to not spoil it of course. this was my first time in a few months going to one and getting me just three donuts. First they weren't taking any cash unless you had exact change.. Which is okay but i don't think anyone wants a 5.30 charge to their cards when they have cashwent to order the firecracker popsicle, they informed me they havent had that for two weeks and just havent removed their signs yet. Then another donut i wanted they were out of. So i ordered some simple things, a glaze, strawberry sprinkle, and original glazed that was filled. I was handed a box with a cold wet glazed, a chocolate filled donut and the strawberry one. The glaze was the one i was most excited for, but when i bit into it, it was comparable to the donuts you buy in a box at the dollar store. Not crispy, fluffy, instead it was dense, cold as hell, and wet like they had it in the fridge all day long. Not fresh at all. Maybe i hit them on an off day, but it was terrible. I know its just donuts but man was i looking forward to a good donut!
Update: I left the previous review about 3 months ago, me and my fiance went back to see if anythings changed... It did! I had hot fresh amazing donuts this last time we went, They still need exact change or card however. I applaud the nightshift who worked on 12/10, they were busy, had cranky customers, but still worked hard and fast. Plus the window worker was pretty funny...
