I ordered online today and had my fiance pick it up. When he got in the drive thru which is always wrap around the building, he stated he waitied 15 mins. When he got to the cashier he told them he has pick up for Gabrielle B. When he got the order, he immediately called me and told me that didn't charge me for mac and cheese. I told him that's not our order because I don't eat fast food mac and cheese and he felt that order was odd because he knows I don't eat mac and cheese from a fast food restaurant. I screenshot my order to my fiance and he told me he was going in so they can correct the order. The manager on duty was the first person he inform about the incorrect order. He told her my name, and he corrected her, but she proceed to say Gabriel and he corrected her again and she still didn't care she continued, "Where is the order for Gabriel." He stated that it took them almost 20 minutes to get the order corrected. My fiance stated that he asked what was taking so long, because he sees everyone getting their order but him. A lady worker said that she was going to make it, but she forgot so he had to get their attention again. When he asked that last time they couldn't find the order, so he had to show then my order. Some young lady proceed to take someone's food out of the bag and pass it off in my bag to make the order. Then, my fiance heard one of the male workers say the "real Gabrielle" is in the drive thru. So, I'm not a real person? So I'm assuming it was another person with the same name that ordered online as well, but again am I not a real person because my fiance is picking up our food? In any event this was totally unprofessional and my fiance was told they was sorry after the fact instead of when he initially informed the manager of the wrong order. That man spent almost an hr just to be treated as he was invisible. We understand accidents happen but to not immediately fix the issue and have him wait as long as he did, plus the manager being funny with my name after she was told how to pronounce and not be empathy of the mistake blows me because I thought Chick-fil-A take pride in having outstanding customer service. I wish my fiance wasn't so nice because I would've ask for a refund. My fiance has a very patient demeanor all the time he rarely gets upset, but when he came home upset and didn't want to eat, I knew something went wrong. We most definitely will not be back at that location for a...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate 042324. Redeemed the coupon. Apparently, Manager Todd & cashier Dawson approached me as I waited for my food, which they delivered to my table. Both apologized for the previous experience. I told Todd that I appreciated Dawson's actions to take responsibility for the cook's error putting the wrong ticket on my order. Causing me not to receive my order in a timely fashion. Todd was not aware of that fact. I told Todd that the 1 star does not reflect the reason I gave it. It's important to read my entire comment. In short, situation resolved. Chick FillA is one of the better fast food establishments in this town. Believe me, I've seen worse service in nearby fast food restaurants. Customer service nowadays is another story I'll reserve for another time. Now time to eat my meal.
22 minutes to receive my food. Dine in. Asked cashier why they lost my order. Apparently the cooks put the wrong ticket on the food. The cashier Dawson took the time to explain. But food was typical standard food. Good as usual. But one big flaw is the table card. They use pictures to figure out your order. Keep it simple, use numbers. I've seen order after order, servers running around in circles asking people what they had. Not good. Who wants Cold food. Bottom line, don't get orders wrong. Only if you had numbers on orders it would be more efficient. Apparently workers can't figure out pictures cards. Also my order was dine in, originally they had it in a bag. But put it on a try after I complained. Lastly, I asked to speak to a manager but was told they're too busy [now]. Cashier Dawson felt apologetic & gave me a coupon for a free chicken sandwich or nugget...
