Where do I even start?! My family & I get there at 7:30pm & were told there would be a 40-45 minute wait...which we told them we would wait because that's a typical busy time for restaurants and we didn't mind waiting. We get called back and it was dead. Just a few people at tables, but we were okay with it because we thought food & service would be good/quick....man was I wrong. Our waiter comes over after 10 minutes or so and gets our drink order then a few minutes after that comes back with bread & drinks. We ordered calamari as an appetizer & it took FOREVER to get to our table. When it finally did it was overly crunchy and RUBBERY! We had went to Olive Garden a week or so prior to this and their calamari was on POINT. Not rubbery at all. We were starving and thought oh well, maybe that's how theirs is supposed to be?? Rubbery and overly cooked??
We ordered salads as one of our sides with our expensive meal, and we had to at that point ask for silverware - which when we opened was halfway dirty & wet. Gross. Our waiter never came to ask if we wanted or needed anything. Never received anymore bread, and I had to stop him to get refills for our table.
We waited 40 minutes for our kids to get their kids meal, and when they did it was luke warm. Fries were soggy and just warm...not hot or anything at all. The waiter said our meals would be out shortly, but that was far from the case. It took OVER an hour to get our "Feast" - $42.99 each just for it to also be luke warm and the meat on the lobster to be cool. The butter sauce in a cup that came with the meal was PURE SALT. It was disgusting, and this is coming from someone who loves saltier foods! Breaded shrimp where NOT hot whatsoever. To pay $42.99 for a "Feast" meal is a joke. I get if we actually received a bunch of food, but the amount of meat you actually get is a joke!! We paid $152 for cool to luke warm food, over salted, over cooked, SLOW service, and just a bad time all around.
We would 1 million percent understand if they were slammed, and our waiter actually came by our table and filled us in with what's going on/asked if we needed anything, but nope...we just sat there & sat there just to wait for cool to luke warm seafood. Gross. NEVER again....
Read moreA very poor experience. There were three of us and we were seated within 5 minutes. It was 6pm on a Wednesday, so they were busy but not swamped. Our server greeted us promptly and we placed our entire order on her first visit. After about 15 minutes, she brought soup and salad for two us and one beverage. At this point I ordered a Bloody Mary. She said she'd be right back with the other soup/salad, our dressings, and the other 2 beverages. It took 10 more minutes. My spouse and I both ordered the same type of soup and it arrived cold. We returned the soup and requested straws. Another 5 minutes to get our straws. Our entrees arrived before our hot soup (the entrees were delivered by someone other than our server). Our shrimp was a little brown, but still good. I requested cocktail sauce which I never received. I had steamed broccoli as a side. Some of it was a little salty. A small portion of the broccoli tasted as if the cook had dropped the shaker of black pepper on it. I'm a black-pepper fan, but that was way too much. There were no problems with dessert. When we received our check, the Bloody Mary, which I never received, was listed on the bill. The server brought us a new bill and said that the drink had been sitting at the bar the whole time. Not even a sincere apology. This was our third visit in the last few years to this Red Lobster location. All three visits have been disappointing. Three strikes and they're out. I'll go to the one in Mt. Juliet next time. We've always been...
Read moreI usually don't give reviews, but this time I had too. I walked into the location to place an order, a young lady who was obviously new greeted me and proceeded to take my order. I wanted to order an appetizer of stuff mushrooms, she couldn't find it on the screen after about 3 minutes I told her to forget the app, so I ordered garlic crab legs with a side salad, still this young lady couldn't find that on the pos system and had to get someone to help, my total came to $32.75 I paid with a $100 bill and I received $62.75 instead of $67.25 I let that go and didn't even mention it because I was already over it. My order was placed at 7:33 I didn't receive my order until almost 8:30. During this time I placed another order at another resturant and picked it up and my order still wasn't done. When I finally get my order and arrive home my crab legs had not garlic on them like it usually does, there's a big cup with garlic butter that was only a tablespoon and a small container of clarified butter, no ranch for my salad, but some type of vinegarette. I called back to let the manager on duty who was working there from another restaurant who informed me that Clint the manager will give me a call the next day. I still haven't heard from him. I have frequent this Red Lobster for years since the 90's but this location have truly gone downhill. I'm sorry to say I will never be back and instead drive to next location near me 40...
