One star is an overstatement!!!
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales associate was beyond rude and disrespectful from the beginning. Snipped at us and walked away several times in the transaction with no reason offered. She actually rung up another customer in the middle of our transaction( note sure why!?!?!).
When it came time for us to scan our gift card she actually threw the reader in a aggressive manner. All the time we barely uttered anything to her.(don’t want you to think this was some type of back and forth, it wasn’t. Just rude behavior)
I rarely write bad reviews because I know retail is a hard job. I never call our people by name for the same reason. But MELODY was the worst. You shouldn’t be in retail with those skills. The store wasn’t that busy and you clearly are better suited for the DMV.
Very disappointed... BTW left the store with a pending sales credit because they couldn’t figure it out. So the joyous experience isn’t...

I’m a 30 year old professional nurse practitioner with money to spend but I am never acknowledged when I walk in the door. Any time there is more than one customer checking out at once the staff appears extremely overwhelmed and rude. It took three employees to order the rocker I wanted. I came in today to buy bedding for our master bedroom and had the same experience. The one woman checking one customer out in the bedding aisle never looked at me or acknowledged my presence. A male employee noticed a line forming and came over to check me out. He was rude from the moment he walked up to me and treated me so disrespectfully. Then he got really mad when I gently pointed out he’d rung up the wrong sale price. I will not return to this store again. This is the worst customer service I’ve dealt with anywhere. Read moreGo anywhere else! Me and my fiancé ordered a sectional from them and were told a date that it would be ready which was last week. We understand things are backed up due to everything going on and it’s not a big deal that it’s backed up the problem is the customer service. We have talked with customer service 3 times now. The first two times we were told the product was finished and in a warehouse and it should be shipped any day. They also told us that they were looking into why it hadn’t shipped and we would get a call within 48 hours we had to call again and again to get an answer. It turns out that the sectional hasn’t been started and is going to be delayed at least two months. We had to talk to customer service 3 times to get the actual answer.
