Anthropologie — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

I used to work here years ago but boy has the customer service gone down hill. I walk in and get looked at by two employees at the door but no hello or even the slightest smile. I gathered a couple more things to buy and went to the register. The girls at the register were also very unhappy looking and unfriendly. I had a bag from a couple days ago with a couple items I didn’t even unwrap from the tissue paper yet. Literally 2 days after I buy them they are now 20% more off. I know they refuse the price adjust so I said I want to return these and I’m going to buy them again. Of course, to spite me, as if it’s coming out of their pocket they said they can’t do that, it’s their policy. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?!? I run a company and I would NEVER treat a customer like that. Needless to say I didn’t buy the additional items. There were going to make more for helping me with my request. I know my pocketbook won’t affect their company but I don’t think I’ll be shopping here anymore. It’s overpriced and...

Its a tradition for me to buy a dress at Anthropologie for my birthday. So when I went in today, I found numerous things I wished to try on. While walking around the store with an armload of clothes to try on I passed be numerous employees, one actually almost knocking me out of her way. No one offered to start a dressing room for me. This didn't bug me until I noticed other people around me we being offered to start a dressing room and they had like two things. I had to ask an employee to kindly start a room for me. She replied that "she didn't see me"! That was crap because she was the one who almost knocked me over. In the dressing room it was the same kind of treatment. "Oh, i didn't see you!"

With that said, I love shopping at Anthropologie and I did end up buying a couple pieces of clothing. But never have I ever been treated so rudely in one before. I will never shop at the Green Hills...

Poor customer service. The minute we walked in, we were followed by a their staff member the entire time were looking around. We didn't understand why the girl was following us every corner. She didn't ask if we needed help to find something or anything. She didn't even say hello when we came in at the door. Just followed us. We felt so unwelcome. We felt so uncomfortable and left the store. Personally it's the last time for me. I will never go to that type of store to spend my money. She followed us like we came steal clothes or something. That's disgusting to just Assume that. Its actually very disturbing. We went to the store with our wallet open to spend money. But we rather spend our money...
