Fresh and Flavorful Chicken Kabob at Greek Cafe Grill Rating: 4.5/5

Greek Cafe Grill offers a great Mediterranean dining experience with fresh ingredients and satisfying flavors. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:

Food I ordered the chicken kabob with rice and pita bread, and it was fantastic. The chicken was perfectly grilled—juicy, tender, and seasoned to perfection. The rice was flavorful, complementing the chicken nicely, and the pita bread was soft and fresh. The portion size was just right, leaving me satisfied without feeling overly full.

Service The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that my order was prepared quickly and correctly. They were welcoming and happy to answer any questions about the menu.

Ambience The restaurant has a cozy and casual atmosphere, making it a great spot for a quick meal or a relaxed dining experience. The decor is simple yet inviting, and the space is clean and well-kept.

Value For the quality and portion size, the meal was reasonably priced. It’s clear they prioritize fresh ingredients and authentic flavors, making it a great value for Mediterranean food lovers.

Parking Parking was convenient, with ample spots available close to the restaurant, making it easy to stop by even during busier times.

Overall Greek Cafe Grill is a great spot for fresh and flavorful Mediterranean cuisine. The chicken kabob with rice and pita bread is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back to explore more...

The good: Everyone who had the gyro liked it. The price for the meals, pretty inexpensive. The only gentleman there taking our orders, cooking and answering the phone was really nice.

Now the bad: The person who was the only one working didn’t speak or understand English that fluent to help us explain what was vegan or not and things made with dairy. Thank the universe for translators. However even in Arabic translation he couldn’t quit tell us what was in each thing. The falafels were bland and not sure if they added egg or bread crumbs in it. Grape leaves didn’t appear to be vegan, could have been made with lamb or meat, not quite sure but definitely not vegan. Tried to ask if the hummus and baba ganoush were made without dairy and even though he said no, we were still skeptical so we just got the hummus and it tasted sour like maybe it was made with sour cream and it was spoiled. It was not god at all. Definitely not edible. Luckily the meat eaters in our party finished our grape leaves.

Anyone who is concerned with dietary restrictions may not want to come here since nothing was for sure. We took a gamble...

On 9/25/2023 @round 2:20pm I went on my 30 min break there was a lady on the grill with glasses & a male as a cashier/prep... LITERALLY it took 17 minutes to make a gyro plate I was the only in line.. then a lady costumer came. Then he asked me what I wanted on the plate I told him Jalapeños,Bannana peppers,ranch,onion.. this guy put blk olives I told him I'm allergic to blk Olivers just give me my money back he started taking them off instead off making a new he saved it to give it to another costumer that's NASTY🤮. How they gone name it Greek Cafe grill when they AFRICANS(Egyptians) Do NOT Go If You Only Have 30Min Break Due To The Fact That They Move Like A 🐌... Then the Lady Didn't want to refund me the money she said WHAT WE ALREADY MADE IT... He Put BLK Olives & Refuse To Throw It Away & Make A New Like Any Other Restaurant Would🤦‍♂️🤡's👎👎👎... God...

Greek Café Grill is an absolute gem in the Green Hills area. The menu is packed with fresh, flavorful options that hit the spot whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down for a casual dinner. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, which makes the experience even better. On top of that, the pricing is surprisingly affordable—especially for this part of town. Great food, great service, and great value. Highly recommend.

Great food! Refreshing and filling. I got the Philly Steak platter with bread and Greek salad, it was huge way too much to eat in one sitting. Their cucumber sauce was really good (usually I don’t like cucumber sauce). Husband got a gyro and lemonade, said was good. We also got baklava, it was yummy. Around $30 for everything. Guys behind the counter were polite. Will definitely be back if we’re in the area again.
