Would have gotten 5 stars if not for the shower.Maps will send you to the wrong location. You have to go next to H&R Block on the side with Valvoline.
Aesthetically the color scheme is slightly [pleasantly] different than other AFs. The low hanging lights and vents give a cheap warehouse vibe. Everything looks shiny and new.
Functionally, a few things this location offers vs others I have visited in the Metro Nashville area and other states are, a chest supported t row, an Evolt, a seated calf machine, and a sled. The machines are Hammer Strength and Precor. There is only one rack, but adequate stand alone benches. There aren't plate trees, and there seems to be a limited number of plates. The music selection was good.
The bathroom/showroom corridor was spotless when I visited! Also, their locks show "occupied" on the outside when the door is locked-can we please get these at every AF location?!?! I tried both shower rooms. Though each room was clean, the shower curtains looked dirty. For the shower room on the left I couldn't tell if the shower curtain was stuck together by what looked like dirt, maybe mildew, or if it was folded to hide the dirty appearance. The water pressure was underwhelming. Please note this location doesn't provide shower...

Let me just start by saying, Anytime Fitness is a breath of fresh air—literally. Unlike those $10/month gyms that smell like someone hotboxed the yoga mats, this place is squeaky clean and refreshingly weed-free. A miracle, really.
The owner is super friendly and always greets you like you’re the star of a fitness montage. The trainers? Equally awesome—they strike the perfect balance between supportive coach and motivational drill sergeant. You’ll actually feel excited to work out here instead of dreading it like your Monday morning alarm.
The equipment is brand new and shiny, which makes you feel like a professional athlete (even if you’re just awkwardly figuring out the rowing machine). It’s open 24/7, so no more excuses about your “busy schedule”—whether you’re an early bird, night owl, or just someone who forgot how clocks work, Anytime Fitness has you covered.
Bonus: the parking lot is safe, well-lit, and not full of sketchy characters trying to sell protein powder out of their trunks.
In summary, if you’re tired of budget gyms with questionable smells and even more questionable clientele, give Anytime Fitness a try. Your nose, your body, and your sense of self-respect...
Read moreAs a retired personal trainer, who has been in gyms all of my life, all over the country, I can honestly say this is one of the best gyms I have ever worked out in. Everything is brand new and the gym is spotlessly clean. And I have to give a shout out to the manager, Suzanne, who is very kind and helpful. She has taken great care to make sure everyone is happy and that every little detail is taken care of. And the members are also very nice and considerate. Having individual private showers is really a great thing. And the equipment is top notch. Every piece of equipment that you could possibly need to improve your health and fitness. And they also have a free body composition scale that is the best I’ve ever seen that will tell you every detail you need to know in your mission on health and fitness. I strongly recommend...
