If you actually LIKE tapioca tea, this is not the place for it. I travel a lot and like to enjoy bubble tea in any city I’m in. The coconut bubble tea I had was so bad it’s laughable and sad at the same time 😂 the consistency of the tea was like pudding and the tapioca was so soggy! I ordered a milk tea with extra sugar, after I paid for it and waited for it to be ready, the young girl making it said that she couldn’t do extra sugar because they were all out of sugar. But she then proceeded to add sugar to all of the other customer’s drinks. Then she began coughing and sneezing and sniffing saying out loud to her coworker that she was sick and that she should have stayed home. Went in to use the bathroom, naturally had to get something. Store was empty, but there were 3 employees. Customer service was strange. Felt robotic, especially given how empty the place was. No prices on the TV menu, which was a huge red flag but I had no choice. Spent almost $7 on a "regular" drink (tiny imo) and they had the audacity to ask for a tip on the touchscreen. No thanks.
