I had the worst costume experience ever at this store! I placed my order online and chose the curbside pickup option, and that’s when the horror story began. First when I arrived and parked at the designated spot, the employee took forever (at least 20 minutes) to hand me my order. Mind you I chose this option because it’s supposed to be quicker! The Vans shoe box was packed in a locked plastic bag, so I trusted it. But when I got home and opened the bag, there was only one shoe, not a pair, just one shoe. I went back to the store that evening to get a pair, and the cashier had no idea what he was doing. Actually, nobody in this store seems to know what’s going on! This young man made me order another pair on the store computer and then said I was all set and could take my pair BUT this time, another employee gave me a pair in the wrong size (W8.5 instead of W9.5). I had to go back to the register and ask for the correct size and another employee said they had made a mistake and made me order the same shoes online again. I had to purchase the Vans pair again, even though I had already paid for them online. He embarrassed me by saying I was getting the pair for free (in other words, stealing) even though I had already paid. It was an extremely embarrassing situation, especially since these sneakers are only $70! Why did he assume I couldn’t afford them when I had already bought the pair? In the end I paid twice for these Vans, and the store employee informed me that they couldn’t reimburse me for the mistaken purchase the other employee made me place online. It’s obvious that I was the one who suffered in this story, in addition to the embarrassment I endured. I’m only not giving it a zero because apparently...
Read moreMy Son got a great pair of Kyrie Basketball sneakers today...however, the staff at the shoe dept are not very helpful and one girl was just plain rude, we asked her if the sneakers came in the next size up she quickly scanned the box we already had of the smaller size, looked it up and said "No", then she just walked away?!? WE SPENT OVER $120.00 FOR SNEAKERS AND LACES!! It Would have been nice for her to ask us if we needed anything else or Im sorry, etc...
The young man who helped us got my son his shoes and new laces and walked away. He Never checked back with us?! I blame the store for not training these "kids" or for hiring unpleasant people. I don't wonder why online shopping is so popular now. The check out area is awkward, the cashier was pleasant but we had to "ask" for a bag to put our purchase in?!?! WHAT??
