Will never shop at this location ever again. I purchased a T-Shirt that had a funny saying on it and wanted to wear it soon after I purchased. When I went to wear it (the day after), the security tag was still attached. I live over an hour away from this location, so needless to say, that was my first disappointment since I couldn’t just up and go to the store. Mind you, I would have gone to another location near me but that wasn’t an option since they closed down a lot of their stores. So, I wait a couple weeks before I can get out to this location again to have it removed. I went in today , 6/26/24, to have the device removed. I get to the counter where I’m greeted by, what appeared to be a very nice older lady. I explained to her the issue I had regarding the security device and then I simply asked if I could receive some type of discount for my next purchase due to the inconvenient trip that I had to make. Not anything big…even a ten percent would have been nice since I wanted to buy more tees in the store on this day. The response that I got from this lady was “well you went shopping, right? I’m sure it wasn’t that much of an inconvenience for you”. Yes, sure lady. Because the person I was with was holding one bag. It wasn’t even me that was holding the bag, mind you. So she just assumed that I was the one who had shopped. But it doesn’t stop there…this old lady decided that she was going to ask me where I lived and proceeded to say (in a very sarcastic tone), “well you could have gone to the auburn location to have the tag removed”. Yeah, sure lady…because I didn’t think of that. When I proceeded to tell her that all the locations near me closed their stores, the only thing she could say to me was “well the only thing I can do is offer an apology”. And then…without me even saying anything back to her because I was so shocked at the behaviors…she went on to say “well have a good day now - buh bye”. First off, the attitude was not necessary and you should consider changing jobs if you don’t want to work in customer service. Second, the audacity for her to ask me where I live to have the security device removed from another location when it was her location that messed up is quite bewildering. Third, it is none of your damn business if the person I was with went shopping for themselves. We were there because we had to get that security tag taken off, so yes, naturally when you go into a mall and pass by many other stores on the way to the intended destination, one will stop to buy other things. But again, it’s NONE of your business and should have never even been brought up. And lastly, the smug smile on her face when she said “buh-bye” was disgusting. No one should ever experience this type of customer service, especially when it was their fault to begin with. I do love the store, don’t get me wrong, but because of this nasty lady’s behaviors and the overall confrontation, I will not ever go back to this location. I’m not sure what her name is, but she’s older (probably in her 60’s) with long grey hair and messed up teeth. It is obvious that she should not be working in customer service, since her smug little attitude was taken out on a customer for no...

Idk just poor customer service if you ask me. I’ve been there and had excellent service but the people there today...
