Horrible Horrible Horrible experience!!! I remember walking into the store few years back with my friend, all excited to get pandora bracelets and charms but was shooed away by the store people as though we were there to rob the store.We both being women of Indian origin felt like we were racially discriminated and literally ran away feeling humilited.I tried to forget that bad experience and yesterday Nov 30th 2021after a very long time, I made the same mistake of walking into the same store thinking of giving it a second chance. There I came across a rude guy(I think the manager of the store) who asked me what I was looking for and when I mentioned I had few charms and rings in mind,that I would like to see before I buy. He said that I cannot wander in the store or browse through and I need to know exactly what I wanted before I entered the store.My old memories rushed back and I couldn't believe that their rude attitude had never changed. I decided to leave the store immediately and went straight to Swaroski where I was treated like how a customer should be treated and did business with them. When I decided to write a review (my first ever bad review, as I have never felt a need to)I read other reviews and realized that I was not the only one who was treated this way.There is something really wrong with the attitude of the people working in the store and I hope Pandora management will do something to straighten this out.I'm never going back to that store in Natick Mall.I will share this bad experience to everyone I come across for the rest of my Life!    Read moreI donât even know where to begin. Iâm currently getting the contact information of the district manager because obviously this complaint aims straight at the store manager, Damian. Surprised? I donât think so, if you read other reviews. I got in line to get into the store, and waited quite a while just for an employee to come out and answer a question I had. Damian came out after finishing up with a customer as I was second in line, and he had rudely told two ladies waiting for their daughter in the store to move away from the door and get out of line. Now I know thereâs a better way to treat guests, because I work at the starbucks downstairs! As I was waiting in line up next, I asked âhey I have a quick questionâ, and he replied with such an attitude âI have a customer and you need to stand behind the tableâ. The 3 ladies waiting behind looked at me and told me how rude he was and because of that left the line. I waited a couple more minutes not because I was going in to buy anything at that point but to ask for his name, so I could leave a review for anyone else that might come by this awfully run establishment. If anything, it gave me more of a reason to treat my customers with utmost best experience because the last thing retailers want is 4 people walking out on them because you canât do your job. Btw, my question was âare we allowed to come in to browse the store or do we need to make a purchaseâ, now I wonder if I wouldâve really wasted that much of his time with a yes or...
   Read moreHave purchased for our 2 daughters and 3 granddaughters over the years. Went today to purchase more to add to 2 of our granddaughterâs collections as their birthdays are in 2 weeks. We were rudely told âyou canât come in the store... you have to wait outside around the cornerâ. She was with 2 guys for 25 minutes. Half of that time they were on their phones. She was constantly taking items out of cases and putting them back. We were there to purchase, we could have been making our selections. A sign outside said âup to 8 peopleâ allowed in store. We questioned her about that as there were 2 customers and 2 salespersons only. She said, â Heâs the manager and he doesnât do salesâ..âThe managerâ never looked up or acknowledged us. My husband told her we would take our business elsewhere. She smirked at us, âHave a nice dayâ. Iâve got news for Pandora, from what we heard as we shopped, other store staff have heard complaints about Pandora. Many stores are shuttered in the Natick Mall, if Pandora thinks it wonât happen to them? Think again ! This isnât the time to be so cocky and rude in retail. I might add that these are not the same Pandora employees we have dealt with for so many sales over the past several years. Will be contacting District Manager and corporate staff.
