I wish I could give minus five. Please consider change the store manager!!! I came here to exchange the size of the chain bracelet (bought online). The lady in the store firstly said I cannot exchange the chain due to paid by paypal, then she said I can only change with the same price. Which is already a sign of in-professional. ——— The manager Damian came out to change the size, but the one he provided had hydrogen sulfide - significant dark and yellow tone. Damian ( store manager) said he can polish it because the one he gave me was exposed to the light. I said okay. ——— The lady then processed on her iPad ***without my confirmation***. When manager finished polishing the chain, it’s still different color. But the receipt was printed out (***I was not aware of at all***). ——— The manager Damian !!!FORCED!!! me to take the dark yellow one, and he said I cannot exchange or return the bracelet anymore because I had already ”exchanged” it. He also told me “THEY DO NOT NEED MY CONFIRMATION TO PRINT RECEIPT because I said size was perfect and agreed with polishing”. Then he threaten me to leave the store, otherwise he would call the security because I started recording and called 911 to protect myself. ——— In the end. The store manager angrily gave me the original one (the one bought online) in the end.

We had a horrible experience with the staff at this Pandora. My fiancĂ© bought me an engraved bracelet a few weeks back. The staff at Pandora did not consult him regarding the size of the bracelet and he did not notice that the size of the bracelet was INCREDIBLY small. This bracelet does not even fit my 13 year old. Upon attempting to get this item resized, we were “greeted”, more like stopped, by the girl at the front of the store. We explained our situation and she treated us as if our issue was an annoyance to her, quite rudely. We were told that we could not return the item or get it resized, since it was engraved. I find it incredibly surprising and inconvenient that there is no way to resize this bracelet. At the very least we were hoping to be treated with respect as we do understand the Pandora policy. Will never purchase another Pandora item again

I haven't been in the store ever since I got my first bracelet and charms seven years ago. Another thing that's unfortunate is that only three of the seven charms were able to go on the new bracelet. The other four are hopeless. I'm so sad about them. But anyways enough about that. Horrible Horrible Horrible experience!!! I remember walking into the store few years back with my friend, all excited to get pandora bracelets and charms but was shooed away by the store people as though we were there to rob the store.We both being women of Indian origin felt like we were racially discriminated and literally ran away feeling humilited.I tried to forget that bad experience and yesterday Nov 30th 2021after a very long time, I made the same mistake of walking into the same store thinking of giving it a second chance. There I came across a rude guy(I think the manager of the store) who asked me what I was looking for and when I mentioned I had few charms and rings in mind,that I would like to see before I buy. He said that I cannot wander in the store or browse through and I need to know exactly what I wanted before I entered the store.My old memories rushed back and I couldn't believe that their rude attitude had never changed. I decided to leave the store immediately and went straight to Swaroski where I was treated like how a customer should be treated and did business with them. When I decided to write a review (my first ever bad review, as I have never felt a need to)I read other reviews and realized that I was not the only one who was treated this way.There is something really wrong with the attitude of the people working in the store and I hope Pandora management will do something to straighten this out.I'm never going back to that store in Natick Mall.I will share this bad experience to everyone I come across for the rest of my Life! BTW it's a zero star...

I don’t even know where to begin. I’m currently getting the contact information of the district manager because obviously this complaint aims straight at the store manager, Damian. Surprised? I don’t think so, if you read other reviews. I got in line to get into the store, and waited quite a while just for an employee to come out and answer a question I had. Damian came out after finishing up with a customer as I was second in line, and he had rudely told two ladies waiting for their daughter in the store to move away from the door and get out of line. Now I know there’s a better way to treat guests, because I work at the starbucks downstairs! As I was waiting in line up next, I asked “hey I have a quick question”, and he replied with such an attitude “I have a customer and you need to stand behind the table”. The 3 ladies waiting behind looked at me and told me how rude he was and because of that left the line. I waited a couple more minutes not because I was going in to buy anything at that point but to ask for his name, so I could leave a review for anyone else that might come by this awfully run establishment. If anything, it gave me more of a reason to treat my customers with utmost best experience because the last thing retailers want is 4 people walking out on them because you can’t do your job. Btw, my question was “are we allowed to come in to browse the store or do we need to make a purchase”, now I wonder if I would’ve really wasted that much of his time with a yes or...

Have purchased for our 2 daughters and 3 granddaughters over the years. Went today to purchase more to add to 2 of our granddaughter’s collections as their birthdays are in 2 weeks. We were rudely told “you can’t come in the store... you have to wait outside around the corner”. She was with 2 guys for 25 minutes. Half of that time they were on their phones. She was constantly taking items out of cases and putting them back. We were there to purchase, we could have been making our selections. A sign outside said “up to 8 people” allowed in store. We questioned her about that as there were 2 customers and 2 salespersons only. She said, “ He’s the manager and he doesn’t do sales”..”The manager” never looked up or acknowledged us. My husband told her we would take our business elsewhere. She smirked at us, “Have a nice day”. I’ve got news for Pandora, from what we heard as we shopped, other store staff have heard complaints about Pandora. Many stores are shuttered in the Natick Mall, if Pandora thinks it won’t happen to them? Think again ! This isn’t the time to be so cocky and rude in retail. I might add that these are not the same Pandora employees we have dealt with for so many sales over the past several years. Will be contacting District Manager and corporate staff. Garbage treatment...
