I recently ordered a Homecoming Mum from my local florist in Hempstead, Texas. When I arrived to pick it up, they said that they didn't have anything for me and they didn't make it right or wouldn't fix anything up for me at the last minute. I was very upset. In a panic I called Ya Ya's Florist in Navasota, Texas. By the time I found them - they only had about 2 to 3 hours to get something ready for me. They were willing and ready to take on the task. When we arrived to pick up the mum, it was ready. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! I have no idea how they worked their magic so fast. The staff was so courteous and professional. We had specific requests for it and since we weren't in-town she went above and beyond to help us to pick out exactly what we were looking for. She even sent photos and let us know what day they would be getting a new delivery so we had more to options to choose from. The plant/bouquet was beautiful and well-priced.
