If you don't stop at anywhere else in this beautiful little mountain town, stop here! you are guaranteed to find something soft and warm to wear in the harsh Colorado snow for an unbeatable price. even if you don't buy anything, its well worth stopping in to listen to the owner, roy, play his gorgeous folk guitar, he honestly brought tears to some of the eyes in that room. can’t believe he’s trying to sell his guitars!! please do not buy them from him, he is much better at playing... hahahah

ended up getting some really really nice yarn for my mom who is a very talented fiber artist (honestly was thinking how they would be perfect for each other while purchasing). would have bought out most of the store if i could.

all in all, best place there is. 7/5...

Visited the Alpaca Store this summer while in Nederland Colorado. The store has great selections of Alpaca apparel and the owner, Roy, was super helpful. Compared to other stores I've visited that specialized in Alpaca products, the prices here are by far the best! If you love Alpaca wool you must visit... 2019 UPDATE: Visited again this August while vacationing again in Colorado. The selection of alpaca apparel and prices are better than anywhere else we've ever seen!! Loaded up on gifts & goodies for ourselves. Would give 10 Stars if I could. Do not miss...

I have shopped here on several occasions (during the Frozen Dead Guy Festival) and absolutely enjoy speaking with the owner and the products are amazing! Sadly I have moved back east and cannot find my gloves :( but alas I will order new ones today!! I did forget about the 2 hour time difference so I posted this while waiting. OH!!
