The woman in the shop was either a very unhappy owner or a miserable employee. She snapped at my friend to close the front door behind her because it was cold. She didn’t even give my friend a chance to shut it. She barely spoke, even when spoken to about merchandise in the store. Fantastic gift shop located in Nederland, Colorado. There was everything you would expect from a typical gift shop and more. The lower level had a lot of moose and camping themed gifts, not the typical stuff I find everywhere else....

The rudeness of the lady who runs the shop is unbelievable. Don’t try to ask if they might have a cheaper shirts. She will probably find this offensive. Pull it together and don’t insult...
