Hello, My name is Reshawn Dennis. I visit the Chick-fil-a at the Port Arthur, Texas Location at 8701 Hwy 69, almost every day. My most favorite drink is the flavorful SunJoy! Every time my mouth gets a taste of this liquid gold, it’s like my taste buds throw a party! I’m so addicted to this stuff… can’t get enough of it! It’s the best! What’s even better is the excellent customer service I receive when I visit there! There is this nice, friendly and courteous young lady by the name of Camilla. She always greets me with a warm smile and even knows my name! One morning she surprised me and made my day by saying, “Good Morning, Mrs. Shawn, How can I serve you today? Can I take your order?” I said, “You know my name?” And Camila just nodded and smiled! I squealed, with utter delight! I do come there a lot, and she has taken my order a thousand times. I love that you train your employees to say, “thank you,” and “it’s my pleasure!’ I can also appreciate the fact that you close on Sundays in observance of The Lord’s Day. Often that means I have to wait until Monday to get my fix….My SunJoy, but it’s a small sacrifice to pay. I pray that The Good Lord continues to let your business prosper and thrive! Continue to do what you do, by training up courteous young adults, like Camila, as you serve the world great tasting food, and your liquid gold…...
Read moreI FREAKIN LOVE. Chick-fil-A! But this particular Chick-fil-A’s customer service has declined recently and THE SLOWEST EVER! Everyone is not meant for customer service. I would literally only eat at Chick-fil-A restaurants because in my opinion it was everything I expected in a restaurant. However, now, the staff is rude or unpleasant. They do not follow the traditional Chick-fil-A conduct. There is no pleasant voice, no “my pleasure”, and NO prompt service. Today, I tried to order through the drive thru and it was so frustrating because the order taker wouldn’t allow me to finish saying my order. Quit asking me if there is anything else I want UNTIL I’m through talking. Then he kept messing up the order. IF YOU LISTEN... you will get it correctly. Patience is quite the virtue. Good Morning still sounds nice when you see someone. Thank you still goes a long way, and stating, “my pleasure” is what I’m accustomed to in conjunction with quick and accurate service from this restaurant. Shoot, felt like I was at McDonalds....
Read moreWe visited the Port Arthur location tonight and the service we received was horrible. We were asked to pull forward to wait for our food. Once the food was delivered to us we noticed the fries were soggy and the four spicy chickens were old. We immediately returned the food and asked for fresh food and we explained we didn’t mind waiting. We were obviously put on the back burner because we had to wait almost 20 minutes or so for our food. I called the manager and she said she was waiting for our food to cook because she was getting us fresh food. I explained that she served almost 10 cars already and we still have not received our food. She then brings us the food. The food was not fresh, again. The manager gave us a brief apology and two coupons only to give us old food again. We are not pleased at all of the level of service received.
