We purchased a recliner and a dining room set.. The dining room table was delivered with a crack/ damage on the corner. We reached out and they asked us to send pictures - we sent these pictures and received no response.
Last month, while reclining the chair back, we heard a huge “pop” and the chair wouldn’t recline back down.. There was no reason for this chair to break like this. We contacted the store and were asked to send pictures of the underside of the chair - we did this, and once again, received no response. We called two weeks later and were told nobody has gotten to the issue yet.
When we reached out again this week, we were told there was nothing they could do and they accused of us breaking the chair on purpose. When we told them to come get it if they won’t stand behind their product or their warranty, they said they don’t pick up damaged furniture. So we’re stuck with a broken chair… Corporate also told us they don’t have the information or resources to help us. What an absolute joke of a company to violate a binding contract with their customers.
Both the store and the corporate office have made their position clear. Since they don’t want to communicate, we are currently looking at our options legally, and we are telling everyone we know to stay away from...

He was defending Luigi by saying “ in Luigi defense it’s his tone it’s who he is” response . If you miss one payment Luigi threatens you about your job and home I got proof . Read moreFirst off my credit was ran twice after I had already been approved I was told that it wouldn’t be a hard inquiry but yet again my credit was hit by 97 points it took them a month to fill out the paperwork to get an item I never received off of my credit report and it’s still on there. Customer service is horrible these people are the loan sharks of the furniture industry there employee Harrison called me threatening to take my recliner set back if I didn’t pay when I explained the situation he became rude and hostile until I told him they can have the couch back then he proceeded to tell me I can pay on the day I HAD BEEN TRYING TO TELL HIM I COULD PAY ON.
