If I could give 0 stars I could. I was told an amount to pay 3 different times...knowing I had a prepaid card, i was very careful.to not go over that limit. I was within the budget, but kept getting declined. When I called the company that issued said card, I was told that Pizza hit was trying to charge me 5$ MORE than what they told me my total was. This happened 3 different times. Everytime I called pizza hut back, I was told there was NO WAY that could happen. So why.do i have the statement from the CC company that says 3 different charges were attempted, and not one of them match the total I was given from pizza hut. I waited for 45 min and got no notificatio . I checked my email confiation and saw the time for my wai . 187 minute . Over 3 hours. I called the store. 3 times and 15 minutes later, no person picked u . I had to call customer service. They couldnt cancel the order. They suggested that i not answer the doo . WTF. U can only cancel thru the store who wont answer the phone RIDICULOUS. " pizza hut started in 1958...", for a full 12 + minutes, followed by another recorded message saying someone would be with me shortly, at which point i was disconnected. By this time I was about 2-3 mintues from the Neenah location so just ordered in person when we arrived. I did mention my experience with the phone call to the young man working & he apologized & said he had been busy cooki ng & cleaning. Clearly this store is understaffed if only one person is working & you must be making enough money that you can afford to let in coming phone orders go unanswered.
