Our experience in May 2021 started out well with this company. All the people working there were very attentive and knowledgeable. We ordered a custom reclining leather sofa. We were told 3 months minimum which was fine. Lots of supply chain issues. But 3 months came and we had to call them. We were told 3 more months. And so it began. They lack basic communication skills once you have ordered, and you have to call in repeatedly, they never call you. When our sofa came 10 months after ordering, it was not the couch we ordered. Due to a clerical error they ordered the wrong style! We kept the sofa until they could get a replacement which meant we had a sofa not matching the style of the rest of the room for another 9 months! At one point my husband was told we couldn't have been inconvenienced as we had a sofa. Not once in this process were we offered a true apology. In fact, after the sofa was finally delivered we were sent a bill in the mail with no other writing. A written apology would have went a long way! We are so lucky we stumbled upon this absolute gem of a place! The entire experience was incredible. When we walked in, the staff showed us around but then gave us space on our own to browse and discuss. Then they answered all of our questions and then some. A few minutes later they had print outs of the perfect items for us! We ended up buying something they had right on the floor but are coming back for those other items. We have recently purchased multiple pieces of furniture from Knox. The sales staff that we worked with were patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The furniture that we received was of high quality and looks good in our home. Finally, their delivery service did a great job.
