went there on 4/20. got there at 10:50 but doors were open so my daughter and i went in. there was no one in the place. was going to phone when a man walked in and shouted at us"what are you doing here? we said we wanted glass. he then said "you don't belong in here when we"'re not open. we assumed they were open because the doors were open. I told him if he wants to keep people out keep the doors locked and i didn't care if he was upset.he then got right in my face and nastily said,"You better care" were my daughter not with me i'd have told him what he could do with his glass. never again. we left. Your response is what i would expect from you and your pitbull husband. keep your doors locked until you open and you wont have this problem in the future. you should have gotten angry over your stupidity leaving the doors unlocked and not get rude and insulting. you're not the only game in town. glass crafters was more than happy to send me the supplies i needed and i didnt have to be abused. As far as that"blaring burglar alarm" you talk about, it would have trouble waking up a sleeping dog.NOW I SEE YOU"RE NOT ONLY RUDE AND NASTY BUT A LIAR ALSO. THE DOORS WERE UNLOCKED. WE BROKE NOTHING. I GUESS THE BEST WAY TO COVER YOUR STUPIDITY IS TO MAKE UP A STORY. I AM 82 AND MY DAUGHTER IS 52. WE SIMPLY SHOWED UP TO PURCHASE GLASS. WE GOT OUT OF THE CAR AND WALKED RIGHT IN. IN YOUR FIRST RESPONSE BEFORE MAKING UP THIS NEW LIE, YOU SAID YOU LEFT THE DOORS UNLOCKED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION WORKERS LIKE WE WERE SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT. OF COURSE WHEN YOU BUSTED IN AND STARTED RAVING WE COULD'NT FIGURE OUT WHY YOU WERE SO UPSET. WE CERTAINLY DIDN'T LOOK LIKE A COUPLE OF BURGLARS. HAD YOU SAID"PARDON ME BUT WE'RE NOT OPEN YET AND YOU'LL HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE TILL ELEVEN" WE WOULD HAVE GLADLY DONE THAT AND YOU WOULD'NT NEED TO MAKE UP STORIES TO COVER YOUR RUDENESS, NASTY ATTITUDE, AND STUPIDITY. RUDE PEOPLE ALWAYS FIND AN...
Read moreI highly recommend this professional and knowledgeable business. They have refurbished entire churches, created brand new art glass windows for modern establishments, among so many other things. It was such a pleasure to hear how they work hand in hand with the local Historical Society to make sure not only how restoration refurbishments go, but also how new creations are designed for the period it was intended for. No two windows are the same. The owner knew exactly how to extract out of our conversations precisely what I was trying to have made, when I didn’t have the slightest idea. She was calm and eager to help bring my idea to fruition. Donna exuded patience, sentiment and kindness. I wanted a Fleur-de-lis piece and nearly wept with joy when I...
Read moreI'm Mr. Westetmann's daughter. I have to add to your once again RUDE COMMENTS. The door was NOT locked, nor was the lock broken. The man that came in and spoke so rudely said the doors we're left unlocked for the construction workers. We only came to buy glass. The way my Father was spoken to was terrible and rude. I'm sorry you feel the need to keep being rude to my father, and hope you can forgive yourself for treating him this way. Wish you lots of luck with your business.I'm not interested in a...
