Today was the second time I've visited the ReStore in New Bern, NC. My last visit a week or so ago went great- the employees were kind and helpful. Today was an entirely different story. Moments after I walked in, what appeared to be the manager began a staff meeting right there in the middle of the store-- where customers shop. This woman put no effort whatsoever into being discrete while reprimanding her employees about misplacing a clipboard!!! Her words and the tone in which she used was inappropriately rude and completely demoralizing. She continued the meeting until there was one employee left sitting at the table with her. She began discussing something to do with scheduling and told this woman she did not have to, and would not, accommodate her! Remember this is all out in the middle of the store where you have no choice but to hear what's being said. BUT... I brushed it off and excused it as maybe she's having a bad start to her day and went on browsing the store. A few minutes later, while rummaging through a container of kitchen hardware at the back of the store, I heard the same woman, now in an office, make a phone call. She announced herself as Evelyn and proceeded to talk to this lady in the same rude, inappropriate, demeaning way! Note the office did have a door- a glass door which would allow her to still watch the store while conducting business privately. It was kept wide open. By now I'd heard enough. As a customer, I've never witnessed someone in management conduct themselves with such a lack of professionalism. I sat the items I'd picked up to purchase down and left the store. I do not think I'll be coming back here. Keep in mind all of this happened where customers were shopping. There was no way not to hear what she was saying. She made no effort to be professional. She made no effort to be kind. She made no effort to be discreet. I understand and agree that some things have to be discussed in an authoritative way. I also understand that there is a time and place for everything... in the middle of a store filled with customers is not the...

Lots of variety along with electrical boxes, switches and wire. Nothing really caught my eye so I didn't make a purchase but was happy to have satisfied my curiosity. Also noted fairly...
