DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, THEY DO NOT VALUE YOUR TIME OR BUSINESS. I usually do not leave bad reviews, however the staff here was extremely unprofessional and rude. Austin said it would take 3-4 hours to install a remote start system on a vehicle. We dropped the car off at 10am called around 1pm to check the status of our car, and they said 2 more hours. We called AGAIN at 3:30pm and they said 45 more minutes. We didn’t receive a call until 5pm saying the car was finished, 7 hours after drop off! In addition to the time issue, Austin specifically told us that if our key fob had an unlock and lock button then we would NOT need a new fob. When we picked up the car up, they were charging us an additional $120 for a new fob when the factory fob was promised to work. We ended up spending right under $600, when we asked for a discount due to time inconvenience and false information regarding the key fob, Austin denied. We asked to speak to his manager and he called his boss, the owner of the store. The owner was very disgusted to be bothered with his customers and said he was too busy to talk on the phone. I called to get price quotes and make an installation appointment when I was told I'd have to come in to talk with them they would not do it over the phone because they are to busy. Ok so I come in and the young man behind the counter made it very clear he had no interest in being there to help me. Once I was able to get him to give me a 1800$ price quote for four basic door speakers installed two 10 inch subs a box and amp. I have no idea what brands wattage etc because he did not share any of that or ask me at all what I wanted. He quoted me a more than 4 month wait on the install because of the sub box. When you can not fabricate your own subwoofer boxes I'm shocked you have the gall to charge so much for your services.
