If I could leave a zero star review I 100% would. Ordered a bike two weeks ago (Oct 21) . Got delivery confirmation that it was delivered to the store to be assembled on not this past Saturday but the Saturday before (Oct 26) went 3 times last week to go pick it up everytime I went in I got told (our bike assembler left for the day heâll get on it first thing tomorrow and itâll be ready by noon) THREE TIMES I got told those exact words last week. Ended up leaving it alone for a week hoping itâd be ready next time I went in. Yesterday (nov 11) I go back in store to pick it up. This time I spoke with a lady with glasses who was actually very helpful (donât remember her name but if she reads this sheâll know Iâm talking about her) and she went to look up the order by full name, phone number, email, and order number and nothing was coming up. She had an employee or two go look in the bike section and they couldnât find it. Well then she looks up the order number as if I was returning it and it came up in the system finally. At this point one of the workers that was in the bike department found the bike that I ordered on display hanging with all their other assembled bikes that were for sale. They pulled the bike down and had to do a safety inspection before I could leave with it. When they performed said inspection the brakes werenât assembled properly. At this point Iâm very frustrated since I was on my fourth visit to pick the thing up and it was on the for sale display the whole time but I kept my cool because I knew that it wasnât the lady who was dealing with me wasnât at fault for this situation. She tells me what is going on and deeply apologized and she wrote my number and name down on a piece of paper and taped it to the bike. On that paper it also said to call me immediately after it was fixed. She told me that the assembler would be back first thing in the morning and that they would prioritize my bike and would for sure be ready for pickup by 11-12pm today. Unfortunately for me she wasnât working today and I called at 12:45pm today and was told that it was still waiting to get fixed and that the assembler was out for the day. At this point I could no longer be patient about this as I was once again put off. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone understood my frustration and actually got the assembler to come back in to specifically finish my bike and have it ready. At 7pm this evening went to pick it up and they FINALLY released the bike to me. As soon as I got out to the parking lot I obviously rode it to make sure everything was correct and that the bike was functional. Got on the bike and the seat wasnât tightened down at all. The reflectors werenât tightened at all. And the front brakes were not functional at all. Long story short waited two weeks and wasted 4 trips to the store for a bike that wasnât fully ready to go.
I Highly recommend whoever runs this store to hire someone who actually knows how to assemble bikes and also someone who knows the difference between tightening and loosening.

To make a long story short, the box I wrapped and gave to my son did not have the sunglasses. I called the store the next day and spoke to the manager (Tiffany) to explain the issue. She was extremely apologetic and didn't hesitate to get to working on what had happened. The sunglasses were the last pair available at the store that day and were on display so by mistake didn't get placed in the box upon my purchase. Tiffany was awesome in making sure that my son would get his gift and even offered to personally drive to another store in SA if they didn't have them there.
