Which Wich — Restaurant in New Braunfels

First of all- I love Which Wich. I’m hooked for life. What other restaurant like this has an extensive menu with tons of options. Hungry for lunch? Get Hot sandwiches, cold sandwiches, wraps, kids meals, cookies,fries, shakes, and the list goes on for a while. Not to mention you can get all their great sandwiches through catering. Yes, you heard me right. They cater!

Needless to say this particular sandwich shop stood out to me. When I stoped in the owners were there and they were genuinely kind and very nice. It’s always good to see that they care enough to be present. I don’t think I’ve ever seen owners at other places. But needless to say that the employees were very happy and everyone was professional.

Usually when I go out to eat I look around. This place was clean and spotless. Tables cleaned and ready to go. I noticed behind the counter as well. No change- spotless and clean. They kept everything clean and that really gave me some peace of mind for sure.

My Sandwich was extremely huge just like I ordered it and it was delicious. Perfectly made. In fact everything ordered for the rest of our party of 4 was made perfect and devoured on the spot. Next time I go back I’m going to try something new because I I know everything on the menu is excellent. On a side note- our Church catered them for a youth event and every meal came in a box with a side item. Everyone was beyond happy and full afterwards to say the least.

Overall this is the best spot to get breakfast lunch and dinner. You can’t beat the price, the good value, the professional staff, the cleanliness. 10 star rating on the smaller...

Myself and 3 other co-workers all ordered individual lunches from Which Which online today, then one co-worker went to pick them up for all of us. When she got back to the office and everyone opened up their food, not one of our sandwiches was made correctly! And one of my co-workers had ordered chips and a drink, which were not with the order... she ended up having to drive back to the restaurant a second time, and they were super rude to her, even after she showed them her receipt to prove she had paid. My own personal experience...I ordered a BLT. Simple, right? WRONG!!! Apparently, no one there has ever eaten one before because what I got was a bacon sandwich... no lettuce, no tomato, and the mayo was all over the place inside the wrapper, but there was literally none on the sandwich at all. Another of my co-workers called and spoke with a manager because it was just too ridiculous that every order was wrong. The manager's response was that stuff like the lettuce and tomato were free. All she could do would be to refund us for stuff that we paid for, but since those were free, she couldn't do anything for us. Seriously?! A BLT with no L and T, and somehow, that is supposed to be acceptable. I had to throw it away... it was so dry, I could not swallow it! WORST...

I'm one of those folks who like and do leave positive reviews when restaurants deserve it. First the positive: The staff here were very nice, accommodating and answered the questions I had...no issues there. Secondly, the food was not what I remembered from the Which Wich's I ate at four years ago. Our sandwiches were tasteless...from the mealy white bread to the guacamole, lettuce and mushrooms. The only thing that allowed me to even eat it was the pesto (which was flavorful). Thirdly, and most importantly, this had to be the FILTHIEST restaurant we've been to in a long time! The floors were disgusting and caked with dirt. The chairs and their backs were stained with black dirt, the ladies restaurant was again, disgusting. The area where the sandwiches were prepared looked okay and the tabletop seemed clean. My order was a carryout, thankfully, but I got the heebie-jeebies just sitting and waiting for my sandwiches to be prepared...it is that bad. I suggest that the owners open their eyes and take a look around at how gross and negligent their restaurant is. I will be reporting them to their corporate office and...
