Spoke to the OWNER Sam ,Worst customer service ever! Had my windows tinted and over the years the tint faded, went back to advise the OWNER he asked if I had my receipt I said no, he said “ I won’t to be able to replace, I said why? Because of the receipt I said the tint has your logo and phone number are you going to tell me that I did not have my windows tinted here? He said he would have to look at his records of paper I asked you don’t have it in the computer, he said no, that he would look and call me, which he never did. I said that is not right and I spent my money here . he was rude Aggressive and condescending when I’d questioned His customer service I felt like he was combative and raised his voice at me as though he was talking to man.Do not waste your money or time! Very poor customer service! I left 3 VM messages within a 2 week time period to set an appointment for my windows to be tinted and never received a call back. Going into the third week I tried calling again and Sam (owner/operator) answered the phone and I was able to schedule an appointment. My appointment was set for 9am April 18th they did not start working on my vehicle until 10:18 am and finished at 12:50pm. The "waiting" room is a smelly dark hole with one window and a small dog starving for attention. Once my vehicle was ready I asked about the warranty on the tint. I was told "the tint has a lifetime warranty" I asked for a receipt and something in writing to guarantee the warranty and they had...

...folks, THIS is why you "Buy Local"! I brought my Jeep in, just needed a basic Android Auto / Apple Play head unit to upgrade factory radio. Got a great price on what I needed and installation. After bringing it home and leaving for two weeks, I noticed a minor cosmetic issue and had a configuration...NO PROBLEM!! They fixed it right up with no question and exactly to our expectations!
