Pink Coffee & Co. New Braunfels — Restaurant in New Braunfels

I was so excited to try this place. Like it would have been the highlight of my day. But wow, my husband and I were wishing we would have gone to Starbucks by the time we left.

This was our first and last visit here. Let me start by saying that I ONLY came to this place to try the pink cold foam on the coffee. However, their menu is kind of deceiving. It says “Pink Favs”, so naturally I thought this meant I would get some sort of pink drink if I ordered from that menu. My husband and I both ordered our drinks and were handed what looked like ordinary iced coffee. Nothing special. I was a little upset that I didn’t get the full “Pink” experience that I came for, but I thought maybe the coffee itself would be enough to make me go back. I even mentioned to the lady that I was expecting something pink and she just kind of threw her hands up like she was helpless. Anyway, I ordered the iced ‘Legally Blondie’ and my husband had a blended ‘Bestie’. For starters, the drinks are like majority ice. I was also super disappointed that my drink had coffee grounds at the bottom, so I had a really gross first sip with the straw. So I took the straw out and thought I could just sip from the lid, and well the cups LEAK! My husband’s drink was also a disaster because he couldn’t even finish his drink from how much ice the drink had. I don’t know if this business is just CHEAP or if they genuinely don’t know how to make coffee, but I don’t know what all the hype is about....

The barista seemed like she really didn't want to be there. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming vibes. She also purposefully ignored me when I pulled up to the window. I tried to shrug it off, because I was excited to try their drinks. I have similar experiences to the other bad reviews on here. The plastic cup and lid were extremely flimsy, and I did fear the coffee would spill all over me. The espresso was weak. The flavor of the latte was "ok." I pray the magenta haired girl was a desperation hire and not the owner.

As a small business owner myself, I can sympathy with hiring "wrong" people because your back is against the wall, but I've learned it's better to be short-staffed than to skimp on impeccable customer service. Let this be a lesson to all small business owners that your staff represent you and your standards. Don't hire just a warm body to pump out a product.

Dropped my hubby off to get a massage and searched for coffee around me and Pink NB popped up! Score, it was a drive thru and super cute!! Excited to try and that immediately changed when I was up to order. I totally understand people have bad days, I work in customer service and I would never service anyone with such a poor attitude. This girl seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. I asked her how big was a medium and she asked with a crappy attitude iced or hot, I thought maybe she didn’t hear me so I asked again and with an attitude she said tight iced or hot, it depends what you get on the size. Ok because it work there….. what a coincidence I ordered the mean girl, wanted the coffee not the mean girl experience! I had already sent my daughter a pic of the place excited to bring her and well that changed!! First impression is everything and to be treated this way I will NEVER be back. Hire...
