This is a very quaint and fun place to spend an evening. Saturdays is live bands and there is a big enough dance floor so you don't feel crowded. I love that there is seating around the dance floor, b/c I (myself) am a big "people watcher". I especially love to watch the "older" couples holding hands and dancing. The bartenders are very nice and you don't have to wait long to the acknowledged and served; Prices aren't bad, either. It's a great place to get away from the big "hussle and bussle" of the larger clubs and still have a great time dancing, playing pool/darts, or sitting at one of the gaming machines. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI feel bad for the people who live close to this establishment. The noise at night from the music and people outside probably makes it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The residences were there first and have to deal with a bad neighbor. I'm sure the bait shop that the original owner tended (not just a bar with bands) was much quieter. The original owner had a few tables to allow locals to play dominos and have actual conversations. I know because I lived nearby. I also knew the owner (she lived up on Perryman) and she was much more considerate of the noise levels for the surrounding families. Say what you like, some of us lived through...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGood music, my wife and I go to dance every now and then, but today we had a bad experience; we got in the dance floor and when we came back to our seats that was another couple sitting in our spots and our beers almost full where not there, they said there was no beers there but they didn' t even bother to give us our seats. Another thing, there is a sign that says "No drinks on dance floor" , ok, I will say at least 15 drunk girls showed up, I guess comming from the wurstfest, they were spilling there drinks on the dance floor and bumping on other elderly couples that were dancing.
