Never have I gotten my hair done and not gotten it styled after. My hair when I left looked like I just did it myself after I shower. I left with my hair still wet and it was not straight like I asked. Was frizzy and she put in no hair styling. Every other place I go to always makes my hair look amazing after the cut. She did a good job coloring however the cut was half done and the blow dry, well my hair is still wet and styled like I could do at home. She also wouldn't stop on commenting how damaged my hair was- I get it. Wont go back. Next time please fully dry someone's hair and style it so they feel pretty. Not worth 300 bucks at all. Even my husband said looks like you just got out of shower. For a service of this cost, it is expected to have your hair look nice after coloring and cut. This is a first for me to walk out and feel so ugly after a color. You need to style or at least smooth out hair and fully dry, at a minimum. She rushed and did not finish the job. I still tipped but was extremely unimpressed. She literally put in product and didn't style at all. It was so disappointing to spend 350 bucks for top service and you walk out with frizzle and unstyled air. She literally did nothing to style. I was so shocked 8 didn't even know what to say. I left with frizzy, ugly and wet hair. Not worth what I paid for at all. I would not even go to work with what she did for my hair because it was that terrible. She rushed and did not even use a mirror to show me the back, never had had that. Just unprofessional and rushed. I walked out looking like a hot mess I had to go home and style my own hair. I have a lot to share: First off entering, the place has an extremely strong smell. Most hair salons have this but this is extremely potent in this building as I think there is 0 ventilation. If you are sensitive to smells this is not the place to go, as that is there hair spray and products that is causing that smell. I understand they have to push the product the store it selling, but it has been 4+ washes and I cannot get that smell out of my hair and I’m starting to wonder what is actually in that product. It’s a clean place however.

The actual service itself: This is what caused me to give this one stars. I had informed her during my session with much time in advanced what time I had to leave, and I still left there late. On top of that, she 1. Cut my hair wrong (I asked for layers and it looks like a plain straight cut) and 2. Asked my hair to be styled. As it’s rolling passed an hour and a half for a haircut and blowout (just blowing drying hair) she says “this doesn’t look right” to herself and I had to tell her it was fine and I needed to go. If you’re willing to pay $65 for a haircut that you can get anywhere else and have hair that will smell for multiple days this is your go to. Not only was I late to my event, but my hair looked pretty awful. I can understand having something wrong to an extent, but for someone spending that much time I expected better.
