WORST customer service ever. Was picking up a prescription for my 8 month old in the drive thru- was told his insurance wasnât on file and I would need to come in. No big deal, went in and got the insurance added. Then as the worker had my prescription in his hand and updated the insurance he says â okay give me another hour or hour and 1/2â I said â okay are we just waiting for insurance response?â He responded with âNo just need to change the paper work on the bag. I then proceeded to ask him if there was anyway it would be done soon I was there with 3 kids. He gave me a nasty attitude and basically just walked away from me not budging on the time. Turns out the lady behind him said I can do it now- no problem. She literally grabs the paper from the printer. Takes off the old paper and attaches the new paper- literally 20 seconds of her time. The guy then calls me over to ring out and he is just so rude- I tell him thank you and have a nice day and he just throws my receipt down and walks away. The customer service is LACKING especially by the gentleman in the pharmacy with long dark braids/twists.. I will NEVER use this location again- after the interaction and lack of care I canceled my CVS care pass subscription and will be going elsewhere. I get we donât live in the easiest of times right now especially for pharmacists but the way this gentleman treated me for no good reason was APPAULING.    Read moreI have been coming to this pharmacy for over 20 years and tonightâs experience was something that I canât shake. What happened to this location? Someone needs to evaluate the pharmacy staff INCLUDING the actual pharmacists. Unbelievably unprofessional is an understatement!!! Both pharmacists listened and ALLOWED rudeness and profanity from their techs talking to the patient (myself). The name âHarryâ supposedly (spelling may be different). That guy should not be employed there and I am sure that this is not his first time talking to customers/patients the way he talked to me tonight. No expectations set, no explanation of whatâs going on. I waited well over 15 minutes while listening to over 6 people laughing and talking about unprofessional topics of their conversations. Nobody else in line! When I finally expressed how I felt, he got so rude and started swearing!!! Mind blowing!!!    Read moreHorrible team! Never answer the phone for that disconnect the dang line why even have one? Start training people and make a change for once. For years they been low staffed and provide low service. Most they do if stand behind that window and wait for you to pick it up. In my case I'm calling to get more information because they want to clarify with my doctor but they don't answer the phone call. They expect me to drive all the way down there to wait x amount of time to drive my way back to them. It's inconvenient, annoying, and just over all not cool. If for whatever reason you're not happy with your jobs please let someone else that does want to be there, be there SMH. Guys can do so much better, graduates everywhere why not grab them and hire them if help is needed or can't keep up with demands. At this point I'm considering switching over Pharmacy I should have listened to everyone when they told me to from the start and I agree cuz I don't see any signs of improvement anytime soon coming.
