I lost my iPhone 14. After looking for quite a while and not being able to afford a replacement I considered getting the broken screen fixed on my old iPhone 11. I put it off for a long time thinking it would be too expensive and had no experience with phone repair places and was afraid of being overcharged or listening to a sales pitch on a new phone etc etc. I was locked out of my email, had no access to my contacts, calendar, photos or apps that I had come to rely on and was really quite miserable. I bought a cheap android to hold me over in hopes of finding my lost phone. It was awful and still no access to the above mentioned. This went on for a couple of months. I remembered a new smoke shop that I had gone into in my neighborhood. I met the owner Yazan Kattab. He didn't seem like the owner because he was so nice, down to earth and willing to talk to me and explain things. I was amazed to find out that in addition to an absolutely beautiful store, with everything you could possibly ask for in a smoke shop, he also fixed phones!!! Unusual I thought but very cool. I actually learned a lot that day about smoke shops and cell phones. During my recent phone misery, I thought of him several times but thought it would be complicated and expensive so put it off. I got to a point where I was in tears and fed up and decided I was driving straight to that store and asking for his help regardless of "complicated or expensive". I got to the store and it was vacant. I was devastated. In the parking lot, I immediately went on line (not that easy with the piece of crap phone I had) but was able to find the owner and even a phone number. He answered immediately and I, in tears asked what happened and where he was. I needed his help. He explained that store had closed and asked if I could come to his New Britain store. Oh my God I thought I have to drive to New Britain? He immediately asked me where I was and if I wanted him to come to me. What?? Who does that?? He would have driven to me and fixed my phone in his car. Unbelievable. Wow!! I almost took him up on it but decided to drive New Britain store, Hot Spot. He said it would take half an hour, I could wait in my car. This guy, Yaz I'm going to call him because I feel like he's my friend, met me in the parking lot, knowing I was a little out of sorts, remembering me after only meeting me once. He took my phone, said OK give me a few. I waited in my car and he came out in, get this now... IN 10 MINUTES. NOT AND HOUR, NOT HALF AN HOUR BUT 10 MINUTES. It was a new phone!! And the answer to my problems, AND the price was VERY reasonable. Absolutely worth the ride to New Britain. Thank God for Yaz...

Prices were reasonable, and the whole place just felt relaxed and welcoming. Definitely my new...
