King Pizza & Mexican Food — Restaurant in New Britain

I want to preface this by saying that we’ve been ordering from Kings for years now and while their service has always been questionable to poor , we came to expect that, but the food was always very good. Today, we ordered our usual order: a specific large pizza and mozzarella sticks. There was a lot of miscommunication when placing our order, so I checked it before the man delivering left, (which was fun in of itself spending 3 phone calls letting everyone from the delivery guy to the manager that he could NOT be in front of my house, because I’M standing in front of my house and he is not there) we did NOT get what we asked for on the pizza, completely wrong, and no mozzarella sticks, not even on the receipt. The guy was very nice, called the store when I told him it was wrong, they took my order AGAIN and said they’d be right over with the correct order. Another hour later, we got the new pizza, which was still wrong and no mozzarella sticks. To their credit, they let me keep the incorrect pizza for free, but upon actually consuming it; I have to admit that the quality has just gone downhill since the change in management. Barely any toppings (which they used to be very generous with) subpar cheese and a very unappealing crust. This was the best pizza in New Britain, but unless something changes, I think we’re going to have to...

I order grinder with provolone cheese pepperoni peppers onion lettuce tomato pickles mayo toasted, the other one was the same but with turkey, this is what I got no cheese no pickles no peppers no onion etc nasty plus the bread was saggy, spoke to the owner he said he was though to do grinder like that from previous owners, he ask for me to send pic of grinders in the trash plus pizza was nasty too. I will never ever order from this place again. On top of everything my husband saw everyone making the food without gloves and touching everything, everything went in the trash we order from another pizza restaurant so literally we pay for nothing. Ordered a sandwich and wings online at 745 was told my order would be delivered between 9 and 910 I'm just hanging at home so I was fine with the wait 906 hits so I called to check on the status and was told my order never made it through she then said she would find out what happend and call back she never called so I didn't she said she found it and the order was taken by someone else still ok with the wait I asked if there was any compensation for the wait I was told that I was getting nothing and to call grubhub for my money back the lady with the accents extremely rude and unprofessional would never consider...
