KFC — Restaurant in New Britain

Went here because it was late and I was hungry. First they got my order wrong. When I got the window and corrected it, they changed my order but then over charged me. When I brought that up first they told me what the corrected order was more expensive and they didn't charge me the extra. This was not true, my corrected order was much cheaper. Then when I challenged them on that, they said well they had already cleared the order from the computer screen. This was the drive thru so it was already a mess.

Then when I got to my hotel, I opened my wings and there was literally a 1/2" of oil in the bottom of the container. Disgusting.

I complained to KFC and was told that a member of the responsible franchise would contact me. That was a month ago. No response.

I will NEVER go again. Wish I could give them NO STARS. Bad food, bad service, and refused to refund the money they...

The workers had no idea how to help with the app and how to earn points. Then when I asked for extra gravy on one I got on all 3 but what ever it is I guess plus they charge extra 1.29 per sauce and I was only able to get one because of that. Soo. It was an extra 3.29 + when asked for a individual side which was 5 Tbs. Of a side. Very expensive now at KFC. especially when watching people come back from break and not washing hands and playing with our food no gloves. There was no one inside eating or in line. Plenty of parking outside. The drive thru was empty. A lot of dashers and Uber eats orders. Or food was hot just the portions were small not very organized. Bristol is better in my opinion. Friendliness could have had some changes and as for portioning maybe stick to it. The bathrooms weren't up...

For as long as I can remember when you buy chicken only (not a meal) it always came with a biscuit. I went to this KFC and ordered an extra crispy breast. As I was watching the lady fix my food, she didn't add a biscuit, I then said "excuse me miss you forgot my the biscuit" she then said "Oh you didn't ask for one" (me) "biscuits come with chicken" (her) "no they don't I have to charge you" I then asked her if she was new, she said no. I went on and on with her about this and she kept telling me I was wrong. So I walked out. This KFC is nightmare, you think she would have just given me a biscuit for customer purposes, but no she had a hard on to charge me. Never going there again and...
