I brought in my 2007 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S to Matt to upgrade the infotainment system and to add in a backup camera. When I tell you that Matt exceeded all my expectations, I'm not lying. Not only did he answer all of my many questions prior to my install appointment but he was able to fit me in to his busy week of appointments. Since I was an add in appointment he said he would need my car for two days, which was no problem for me as he was doing me a solid just by adding me to his packed schedule. Later that day I received a call from Matt stating that my car would be done THE SAME DAY! Needless to say Precision Autosport is the place to go if you are looking for amazing customer service and auto upgrades to your vehicle! This was just one service and I am already thinking of what else to upgrade!

I emailed Matt about installing a remote start on my 2004 LS430. He responded within the hour and explained what products he had and the cost. He was very informative and detailed. I emailed again with another question and again he got back to me right away. I then asked about scheduling the remote start install and he said he could do the install within 2 days. 2 other shops had at least a 1-2 week lead time. When I arrived at his shop I knew I made the right decision. The shop was extremely clean and organized. You can tell that he really cares about the quality of work he does. I waited while he did the install and he stopped over frequently to let me know his progress. I came to Precision Autosports to install my amplifier and subwoofer. From the moment I stepped into the shop to drop off the car I could tell that I was dealing with professionals who have an obvious passion for what they do. After the job was done we noticed that my car was being a little funky because of the electronics in it and they did not allow me to leave until they made sure their work was perfect.
