Usually they are great to deal with. I received an email approx 6 weeks after dropping off an amazon return that my return never arrived. When i went into the store the employee was unable to help, telling me i need to deal with Amazon direct. They had nothing to do with it although they did have record of me dropping it off there, not their problem. Then the employee accused me of in fact not returning the item and trying to scam/ stealing from them since i was wearing a similar hat to the returned item. Read moreI am writing specifically regarding the Passport Photo service at this location. I have been there twice and consequently to the county courthouse twice. I still am unable to get my passport because each time I am told that my picture is not correct! Wrong size and then wrong background!! I now have to go to Staples to get a passport photo for a 3rd time since this location doesn't know how to properly take a passport photo. This now means I have to pay for expedited service on my passport because of the delays. The person who handled my photo was a nice person - but I can only assume they have had no training on how to do...
Read moreI recently visited the UPS store and was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure my needs were met.
When I first walked in, I was greeted warmly by the person at the front desk, who asked how they could assist me. I explained that I needed to ship a package, and they quickly got to work on helping me find the right box and packaging materials. They were also able to provide me with some helpful advice on how to package my items to ensure they arrived safely at their destination.
