WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in New Britain

I had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened Wings and Burger (WNB) Factory in New Britain, PA, and I have to say, this place is a great for comfort food enthusiasts!

The menu is packed with bold flavors and creative options for wings, burgers, even fried rice. Their wings are perfectly crispy, tossed in a variety of unique sauces that cater to every taste—from classic buffalo to inventive flavors like honey garlic and Korean bbq. As for the burgers, they’re absolutely phenomenal! Juicy, flavorful patties topped with fresh ingredients and served on buns that strike the perfect balance between softness and structure.

It’s a shame that the food tastes great because the portions and prices don’t match. I went with friends this past weekend and got the half cheesesteak meal and my boyfriend got the full cheesesteak. It was $28 and I left still hungry. The cheesesteak tastes great, but I finished it in 3 bites. There was little to no meat on it, and it was the size of a cheesesteak egg roll. The full size is the same way… 3 bites each side with little to no meat. $14 for a cheesesteak that is the size of a kids meal is disappointing. The kids at the front were nice, but seemed to have no idea what was going on and were too busy scrolling on their phones to notice new customers walking in. The restaurant was also freezing. There is a lot of potential here, if the portion sizes start to fit...

Usually, when I’m trying something for the first time I love to try in person, so I took a big risk door dashing for my first meal here but everything looked great online and then the google reviews peaked my interest even more. I can honestly say I wasn’t disappointed in any way. The fries were amazing, super flavorful, I wasn’t expecting much from the fries but they kind of took me back with how good they were, wings were just how I liked them, I had the hot, thai chili, and Jamaican jerk! The fried rice was great as well, my dad really enjoyed the rice and the sandwiches were good as well. Ranch and bleu cheese were awesome as well! I can definitely see my family and I making this one of our new staples !! All around Amazing job to all...
