Recently was tweaking my home televisions. TV in office was too small and led to a new 55' for the family room. After market and price review for options, stands and ready to pull the trigger I thought better. I called Robert and asked him if he could take a look at our situation. We had a concern for my bedroom television. Due to the room design it was not a great fit (yet). Bob came by the same day. We went bedroom first and he made it simple and cost effective to get an arm and mount the TV so it will not only store out of the way, it now has better placement then ever to watch with comfort and ease. Next he suggests a LG 55 and I am glad I asked. I asked him to do it and done it was at noon the next day.

Bob and his men were on time and never rushed. They took time to tweak the components so that they worked with remotes, were hidden and also spent time setting up all the controls on the sets and the cable box. Same thing in the family room. 55" beautifully wall mounted, wires neatly concealed and Sonos bar optimized, and remote and internet component (Smart TV) fully explained and demonstrated. I have had Bob and his RA multimedia team do a lot of work at both home and office and every interaction has been outstanding. They have installed TVs, Sonos, Control 4 and made service calls on short notice when I needed help. They are extremely professional and of the highest ethical and moral standards. The best! When we renovated in 2008-2009, Robert Allen Multimedia provided us the with exact home entertainment system we desired, and we have been pleased ever since. This went so well that a few years later when we redid our apartment in NYC, we again asked RA Multimedia to replicate this in Manhattan. Both times, there was superb coordination with the general contractor and a perfect installation.

Naturally, there are moments when one needs help with technical issues, and Bob and Chris have ALWAYS been there. No issue is too small for them. This team is easily accessible with polite, courteous, and professional service that is "spot on."
