Decided to take my parents out for their anniversary dinner here last night. Service is very good, waiter/waitress very attentive to our needs. Manager was also kind enough to guide my mother as to which foods to order since she does not consume dairy. Our appetizers were delicious, we ordered the Ceviche Pescera and the Fried Calamari. Both were excellent, Ceviche was extremely fresh and the calamari was very soft and not chewy. For the Main course, we ordered the Paella and Lomo Saltado. The Lomo was delicious, cooked to perfection and the meat was not tough. Paella was descent, nothing out of the world. For dessert, we ordered Churros. Unfortunately they were burnt on the outside and undercooked inside. Manager kindly took it off the bill. My father ordered coffee, tasted like Instant Coffee. My reason for the 4 star rating is because although the food & service was very good minus the dessert/coffee, for a Peruvian restaurant I find this place to be highly overpriced although it is located in New Canaan. And they also charged an “inflation fee” which took me by surprise. Overall, pleasant experience but I know other Peruvian restaurants that will do just as great and charge less.

PESCA is a wonderful restaurant, went there last night 28/06 and ordered 3 appetizers, the first one were some oysters a la parmesana ( first time trying oysters for me) and they were AWESOME, creamy, with that parmesan crust was just amazing all the flavors and a few drops of that grilled lemon took everything to another level. Next the grilled spanish octopus, and oh man, I've had really good octopus ( or so i believed) but this thing was just perfect, the octopus was really creamy, not at all chewy, with a sauce that was really good but it was so good that you just don't need that. And last some chicharron sliders which for me wasn't just on the level of the other two things I had just eaten, so this for me wasn't as great, they were just good. Margaritas were awesome too, with the right amoubt of kick. Prices are great, not super expensive and for the quality of food you are getting you just can't beat it . Overall will highly recommend and will be coming back for more oysters, octopus and margaritas. Service was 10/10 as well

My review is based on takeout. Was in town and wanted to check this place out. The restaurant is very clean! It's beautiful and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the spicy pork and pineapple empanadas- I personally didn't enjoy them. I didn't find them spicy, and I did not see or taste any pineapple. They were cooked perfectly. Would definitely try another flavor next time. Also ordered the Lomo Saltado - sauteed sliced beef, onions, peppers, fresh tomatoes, scallions, home fries, and white rice with choclo. I asked for the French fries to be separate, and they were kind enough to do so. They were so good! Not your average French fry. Definitely house made and really good flavor. The steak was delicious! Loved that they gave a side of juice to add to the fries and meat. The vegetables added a nice and fresh touch. Would definitely love to come and eat in the restaurant.

Food was okay but was over priced, plus, they are charging 5% temporary inflation surcharge on the check without informing us in advance which was not cool and sneaky. $35 per person for lunch, well, could go somewhere better. Came on Saturday for lunch, the place was empty at 1pm and we were the only ones. Even though, it took quite some time to get out food. We got the flat iron steak which is $29 on the menu, but after the additional surcharge I was not aware, I don't think its worth the price. The ceviche is too sour for me and wish the oyster could be more fresh. If you want great Peruvian food, Id recommend saru in port chester! Much better and way less expensive.

Top Quality Authentic Peruvian Food! Super flavorful & cooked to perfection. I love the savory flavors one gets with just one bite! I highly recommend this Peruvian Restaurant. Prices are super reasonable & not expensive at all. People who are saying it’s expensive clearly don’t eat at high end restaurants because this is nothing compared to an Italian or French restaurant. The staff here are super friendly. When they’re under staffed the food may take a little while but I come here for amazing food served properly not fast.

Stopped in for a bite after an evening visit to Grace Farms. Friendly welcome although the place was 95% empty on a cold winter night. We both had the hearty Peruvian chicken soup, quite salty but good for a winter night. I had the salmon burger, and my husband had the beef burger, he liked his more than I liked mine. Prices are kind of high, but it is a wealthy community. The bread was delicious.
