I have used Sciascia Confections on multiple occasions, and their chocolates have always been a hit with everyone! Their attention to detail and customer service is truly exceptional. For one of my orders, they created a customized box filled with only dark chocolates, as the recipient's preference was strictly dark chocolate. The level of personalization was impressive.

Moreover, when I placed an order that needed to be shipped to Tempe, Arizona, where temperatures were expected to exceed 100 degrees, I received a thoughtful call from Loren. She recommended adjusting the order to ensure the chocolates wouldn't be compromised by the heat. That level of "above and beyond" customer service is something I deeply appreciated.

I visited Sciascia confections on June 26, 2022 and purchased several of their truffles as well as chocolate covered orange slices and orange peels. The quality of the chocolate was truly Amazing and I highly recommend any true chocolate lover to head down to this high end chocolatier and fill up a box with several of their unique flavors.

I later followed up with the owner, Tom Sciascia who couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating and so willing to share his philosophy about his chocolate as well as making sure his customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. I honestly was equally impressed with Tom as I was with his chocolate. If every owner cared as much about their customer satisfaction as Tom does, the world would be a better place!!

I visited the Ferry Market location and purchased some French Macaroons. Since going to France last year with the family we have been on quest for macaroons similar to those we had in Paris here in the USA. We unanimously agreed that Paris has some serious competition, and we are pretty tough critics! Our quest is over, and we will be back to Scia Scia for some more Macaroons and chocolates.
