The Catwalk of New Hope — Local services in New Hope

had one of the worst Customer Service experiences ever in the catwalk today. I was browsing and found a body cream that I liked… I went to the register and told the young woman (receipt says Ashley, but i’m not sure it about that ).. I told her I couldn’t find the item and asked if she could help me… She said if you don’t see it then we don’t have it. Then I decided to buy something and went to the register and paid for it… At the end of the transaction, she handed me a receipt and a plastic bag for me to take care of packaging it myself. I’m a tourist so problem ably won’t be back there, but I doubt that I’m the only one that she is as rude to who comes...

I have been going to New Hope, Pennsylvania for more than two decades. I always enjoy my visits, and although the last time I visited New Hope, PA, was in September, 2020, I was pleasantly surprised to discover the two Catwalk stores on Saturday, February 4, 2023. I did not care how cold it was, I was over the Moon with Joy being back in one of my favorite places on Planet Earth. At both Catwalk stores, I was impressed with the variety of merchandise, as well as the exceptional customer service. Over President's Day weekend my wife and I visited New Hope, and on a recommendation from our therapist we visited The Catwalk of New Hope. I don't know where to start...we spent 2 hours in the store and had an absolute blast. The owner introduced himself as David. He was so charming, and made us feel like we were family.
