Best experience ever! I had purchased a pink sapphire at a gem show about a year ago. I walked into Daniel B. Jewelers in New Hope, PA and asked if they did custom jewelry, and he said yes, which made me very happy. I showed him the pink sapphire, we chatted a bit about the design and if I wanted diamonds, white gold or yellow gold setting and so on. He showed a beautiful setting, we finalized the details and gave him my sapphire. Ariel was amazing! I felt comfortable from the minute we met. He got me, got my style and understood what I wanted. Super excited when I got the message that my ring (custom designed to fit me and my style) was in. It’s absolutely beautiful! It’s beyond my expectations. You can see the quality of the craftsmanship throughout the entire setting. The photos are of my not so perfectly round sapphire and the setting that was custom made to fit my 4.5 ring finger. I sent in 2 diamond tennis bracelets for repair; the service was fast, friendly, and very professional. Ariel at Danielle B. Jewelers kept me informed every step of the way, which was very appreciated. About 6 months after the repair, one of the closures on one of the bracelets broke (not related to the initial repair), and again my bracelet was repaired quickly and honestly.
