In the past this subway wasn't great but after thr last few times of revisiting it has been clean and I haven't had any issues with the making of my sub. The only things I could think about complaining about would be the sweet tea is hit or miss but it's like that at a lot of places, and sometimes they are out of chocolate chip cookies which just means they have business!
Everyone is complaining about their subs are messy etc etc. Give people grace. Subway workers are paid minimum wage last time I checked. Fast food workers are doing a job that's still contributing to society and they have to deal with rude customers probably all the time. Sanitation reasons are valid but they have always used gloves around me. Complaining about they put too much sauce, okay, if I do not want too much sauce I specify " just a little bit of mayo" and they do a small line and ask if that's enough.
It is a good subway, and also it's not the workers or the managers decision to accept or not accept coupons, idk if that's still going on. If you have a problem then contact the actual franchise owner and complain. Don't take it out on the workers just trying to get paid like...
Read moreI placed an order through the app on December 26th. I received the notification that my order was ready as well as a notification from my bank that the charge for the order was pending. I went to Subway to pick up my order only to discover they were actually closed. I called the next day and I was told the charge would not go through since they were closed, but to call back in three days if it did go through. The charge did go through and I called back to speak to the manager, but I was told he wasn’t there and he would call me back. The manager never reached out to me and few days later I spoke with someone, whom I was later told is the owner, and he said he would contact headquarters to get my refund. A couple of days later I spoke with him again, but he said once again he would contact headquarters. It’s been over three weeks and I still haven’t received my refund or any type of communication from Subway. Also, I was told by employees at two different locations that this happened to other customers as well. This was definitley my last time going to Subway. I’ve literally walked in and been ignored, while this girl was sitting on the ground, got up after me walking out, and walking back in. I waited more and she didn’t say a word to me, acted like I interrupted HER day. She just nodded or shook her head.
