Me and my partner went in to see if I can switch phone providers and be attached to my partner's pre-existing plan, but the lady at the front desk was not only unhelpful and was not bothered to do anything, she was sleeping on the desk as soon as we walked in. My partner also asked some questions about out his plan, but was told by the same lady that he would have to wait until the manager gets in if she even comes in the store. I've been with metro over 10yrs....started out with them in Texas. I was so excited to find out they were now in Louisiana when i moved here recently.metro is the analyze best phone service i have ever had.no funny business.no surprises.i get unlimited everything for a fraction of the cost the other phone companies charge.i wouldn't switch if...
