A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in New Kensington

The place looks like an A&W out of Silent Hill. Parking lot is a mess, murals are peeling, didn't get to see inside as the doors were locked. We had our order taken, the gal asked us if we wanted sauce, then did not give us the malt vinegar I asked for or our credit card back. She asked us to pull around and park in front of the store to wait for our food. We had to wait for a while for them to bring it out to us. Kinda weird for fast food, but whatever. Typical Low Quality. Several visits, several incorrect orders. Had to make an extra trip last time since their phoneline "just doesnt work" - after explaining how they shorted me 4 pieces of a 12pc family dinner, and driving over to tell someone (because phones just dont work) know what that extra 20 minutes gets you? A single piece of their fish. Proudly offered, like its just that big of a deal or something. Yeah, their fish isnt goid enough to woo me into giving them another chance. Spend your money and time somewhere that won't consistently...

Just left here. This restaurant was terrible. The new trainee working the cash register was clearly not being trained properly, the manager was M.I.A while she was trying to take our order but had no idea what she was doing. The restaurant itself was RATCHET... absolutely disgustingly dirty. We had to cover our table with napkins just to eat there. The floor was filthy. Lastly, it took the entire time of us eating for me to get a mini polar freeze...how does it take 20 minutes to make an ice cream? Horrible customer service and filthy restaurant...
