New Kensington Shopping Center — Local services in New Kensington

I really wouldn't call this a "shopping center", so much as I'd say "This is Giant Eagle and their connected gas station and car wash, and there's a small strip of businesses in the corner of the lot."

This Giant Eagle location is nice, and I much prefer it over the Leechburg location. It has a better variety of food and products. Giant Eagle Pharmacy is a nightmare though. There WILL likely be a long wait inside, and almost certainly a multi-car drive through line that will take 20+ minutes to get through. (If you're using a Giant Eagle pharmacy, I recommend the location inside of Community Market in Lower Burrell because they're excellent, and very fast. During medication shortages, this location has been very reliable for me)

GetGo is fine as a gas station. Very gas stationy. I don't know how much I trust their carwash, so I can't speak on that.

Subway is in the corner building, as is an Asian restaurant. Both are decent, but prepare for a short wait. There's a hair salon there that's pretty average, and I think an army recruiter....

I always have a horrible horrible experience when I come to the giant eagle pharmacy at this location. Unfortunately I suffer with seizures and a cardiomyopathy,fibromyalgia, enthopathy, sacrolitis and ankylosing spondylitis. So I am on quite a bit of meds. I always call prior to coming to get my medicine and am told that they are ready to picked up also I receive text alerts that they are ready as well. Bet every time I go to pick them up they always say that they don't have any ready for me and that I have to come back another day. This is beyond frustrating and unprofessional. I have had multiple seizures recently and neighbors have had to call 911 because I have just been out walking my dog and collapsed from a seizure due to not having any of my medicine. What am I...

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be reviewing here. The address seems to be for the Giant Eagle shopping center with a couple of small stores/restaurants at one end of the parking lot. However the other reviews for the New Kensington shopping center range from Azteca restaurant (which is in a different location on the same road) to Golden Dawn (also a completely different location not on the same road) to dollar stores (not in the shopping centers on Tarentum bridge road) to Shop and Save (not in New Kensington). So 🤷🏽‍♂️

EDIT: So after doing a little bit of research, it seems that this "shopping center " is actually a small row of shops located in the Giant Eagle parking lot. There's an AT&T store, Mariner Finance, and a Subway, and...
