It was a beautiful Thursday morning, well not so beautiful it was very rainy out BUT none the less i thought to myself what a beautiful day to visit this fine at&t establishment. I thought to myself what would my ancestors do? What would john wilks booth do? So I got in my motor vehicle and drove to the closes at&t. Not just any at&t but this particular branch. I was in need of a new cellular device, for mine tis but a scratch. The nice fine gentlemen working the counter decide my fate, it should be I who he gave his service to. take it how you please I believe the young lads name was chris. A very hopeful bright young man Knew exactly what just to do. Went to the back room. Which I assume looks like the beyond part of bed bath and beyond and brought my out the finest of devices know to man. The newest apple iphone. I got to see it for my own eyes in its glory as he set up my new phone. I waited time ticking slowly, my skin starting to sag as the years take ahold of me another walks in I believe his name was jakob. Ah yes these two boys were a delight and welcoming experience. We waited and waited for my old crust device to smuggle the goods into my new cellular we had a great chat, brought back such warm childish memories, had some good laughs. It filled the void in me that needed to be filled, my depression has been cured. these two young men gave me what therapy never could. The will to live. A brighter day. I would like to purchase this fine establishment just to give these young men the raise and acknowledgment they deserve. For my time at this at&t has sadly come to an end my phone was complete. It was time for my departure. they had escorted me out making sure to so kindly hold the door open for me as I faded away back into society. I will never forget this journey and the friends I made along the way. I will only be taking my service to this at&t and this at&t alone. For my family should come here and the family after my life here has come to an end. Chris and jakob will be invited to every family holiday for I see them as that now. No other at&t could provide the service like these lads could AND IF THEY SAY THEY CAN THEY ARE LYINGGGG. Thank you for this experience.

Read moreI had a terrible experience here that not only caused emotional stress but also cost me financially. I had gone there a couple weeks ago because my son’s phone was not working. Zak told me that the phone “was toast”. The phone was completely paid off. He said that if I added a line, it would ultimately save me money. He broke down some math. He said all that would be different would be a $30 activation fee. He insisted my phone bill would continue to be the same. I agreed and added a line to which I have no phone for. I get my bill and it’s $400! I immediately called customer service who informed me that Zak added a $40 insurance plan to my plan which I had not consented to. He also changed my plan and my bill would be $309 a month instead of $260 due to the 4th line. I can’t get rid of the line unless I return the phone or pay it off. I went to the store to resolve this issue. Because I interrupted him he told me I had to leave the store. I asked for his ID to file a complaint which he refused to do. He refused to assist me and refused to call his supervisor in my presence. I will still file a complaint and will be going to another store to hopefully be able to fix the mistakes he made to line his own pockets with commission...

My overseas CC was charged after I didn’t pay the future bill for Aug even though I was unable to access my account through the AT&T App. To cancel anything. I have processed a dispute through my bank but this will be the last time I use AT&T. I see AT&T has deleted their response. Sadly the customer relations is the worst. The referral email doesn’t respond and it’s only been 5 days. Also I’m trying to work through FB Messenger with a tech but they can’t seem to be able to access any of my information. Go to T-Mobil, AT&T is clueless. This company is not able to handle the simplist transactions. Customer care is a joke.
