No cold brew coffee for the 4th time ... really not sure why is so hard to make something when YOU KNOW it is about to run out..... ?

The building is new and clean. Staff were nice. Location is easily accessible but for all the 5-minute only parking spots where disabled parking spots should be. Basically serving warmed milk water. Any time you ask for light cream, it's like a challenge to the worker to add as much as your cup will fit. Google won't let me include a photo for proof of purchase, but anyone who buys their coffee understands that it's 3 parts ice, 3 parts cream, and a splash of coffee. God bless...
