Wow what a great experience! I apologize I didn't catch the name of the super friendly girl that checked me in, which was very quick since I already placed an order on the website before I stopped in. You were great though, so thank you for being so welcoming! After a very fast check in, they buzzed me to the sale floor area. When I walked in I was greeted by the employees running register with big smiles. I was immediately asked if I was ready to pay for my order by Lisa. I was making small talk with and her while we waited for my order to be brought out by the gentleman with the gauges and tattoos, sorry I missed your name as well, but you were quick at grabbing my order and it was 100% correct! Lisa and I were chatting about some other strains similar to the ones I ordered today that might help me in the future, and funny enough I already do love the one she recommended. Joel was the other register associate today and after he finished taking care of his patient, he also was involved in the conversation which made me feel so comfortable as I suffer from social anxiety. Lisa went over all my order with me, and told me about any regulations I would need to know about. Lisa you do a great job and should get a raise. I would have only been there for maybe 3 minutes, but found myself talking to Joel and Lisa because they were so nice so my visit, by my own choice, took a little longer lol! This dispensary offers a drive through, so if you are immunocompromised or have trouble standing there's an easier option, but any patient is allowed to use it too of course!

Drive through Policy 0 out of 5, I am the caregiver for an 87-year-old and the policy is you must call before going to the drive-through even if there is no one in line. See number 3. The absolute horrible phone service makes it nearly impossible to order ahead and utilize the drive-through because they don’t know what the heck is an inventory. Why makes someone get out of the car and walk in if there is no one in the drive-through line. After all, is it not for convenience. The manager of the location, Nicole (Nikki), spent a long time asking questions about my needs and explaining the benefits of different products. She suggested ones for me to try, and gave me detailed recommendations on how to start out. Her associate, Victoria, was helpful in suggesting products that could also be useful.
Since it was Labor Day weekend, the dispensary had many of their products on half price sale. A friend had given me a $10 coupon to use as well. I left the location well informed, with a leaflet explaining the different types of cannabis, and a bag full of products for very fair prices. What would have cost $177 at full price only set me back $89 after discounts and my coupon!
